That day Trefle had been traveling around the town she had called home, picking up some things when she happened upon a rather rich looking man. He wore about him a stunning suit, that must have been imported, and when she got closer she was over powered by the over use of Italian musk. On his wrist sat a golden watch and about his neck was a rather expensive looking pendant. His wallet too, which sat conveniently in his back pocket, bulged with what she was sure was money.

She spend most of that following day shadowing his footsteps and watching him like a hawk waiting for the opportunity to reach into his pocket and retrieve the things inside his wallet. But as she followed him he began walking down a lonesome dirt road that led deep into the jungle of the forest. She neither liked the forest or wanted to go in it, but the opportunity to find a bit of spare change was more then enough incentive to follow him in.

She hate the forest and grumbled as it quickly became difficult. She had enough trouble trying to be quiet but also climbing all over the shrubbery and keeping up with the man was extremely difficult. She watched the gentle spruce trees become thick masks that often withheld needed information from her. She sped on ahead trying to get a clear advantage over the man and then catch him on the road where she could use the dirk knives at her side to scare him into giving her everything that he could. She loved those knives and feared losing them by accident and having to craft new ones with the etching she had put into these any replica would be difficult to craft.

Suddenly the man disappeared within the shrubbery and she all together lost him. Frantically she searched for her prey but he was no where to be found anywhere along the road, he had simply vanished. She stomped her foot in anger and suddenly realized looking up at the sky, she was absolutely clueless as to where she was or where in the world she was going. The trees had the world around her cloaked and though she climbed up to the top of the tallest one she could find, it still did not show her anything she could use to find her way home. There was no signals of humanity, no smoke rising from chimneys and being swept up by the clouds, no scent of drying laundry far off in the distance nothing. And yet as she began to indulge in her frustration she heard the simple and relieving sound of water.

As she clambered down the great tree and toward the sound of the water she noticed her feet slowly beginning to ache in the black flipflops she had chosen to wear that day. She felt the blisters growing around her toe pads and decided that when she reached the water she would quickly be rid of the troublesome shoes and cool the sores in the cooling water. She lifted up her dress slightly, unafraid due to the leggings she wore and checked to make sure that the dirk knives she carried within the garter. The garter was placed high on her thigh and hidden by the deep emerald dress she wore. Under the left legging lay another knife a Saex more of a tool then a knife but could still do damage with its single edged blade.

She flipped her hair back angerly charging in toward the fountain and instantly sighing happily as a giant stone fountain came within view. It was a great sculptured masterpiece complete with lions and such, but she was unconcerned with these things, instantly she sat down at the edge of the fountain and pulled off the troublesome things dipping her feet in the water and instantly feeling better. Her eyes watched the sparkle of the sunlight as it danced across the water with a high bit of indifference, the only thing holding her to that fountain was the cool and refreshing feel of her feet in the water.

She kicked her feet a bit splashing the water as she pulled her near numb feet of from the water and placed them back into their respective flip-flop. And yet as she did so a sound caught her attention. She heard the sudden sploosh of something falling into the water, and as she looked over she saw a simple silver coin glint under the surface of the water. She watched as it quickly sunk down and rested against the bottom of the fountain. Suddenly a thought occurred to her and she wondered where the coin had come, instantly her eyes followed to try to find the coins origins.

Under the thick shadow of a tall oak tree that stood a yards away from her was the shadow of a man meaty with armor and weapons. Instantly she took several steps back and placed her hand on her hip just over the knives at her hip. The man was quite heavily taken by the darkness and quickly asked of the shadow, "Who are you?"

As she spoke the man quickly stepped forth and relinquished his name but nothing else "I'm Shinkai." She noticed the thick armor he wore and the claymore's at his side. He was fit for battle and if he attacked her she would be at a significant disadvantage. His person was tall and stood at least a head above her his shadow about a third of the size of the tree. Her electric blue eyes watched him quietly and she quickly opened her mouth and spouted the most sarcastic but true question she could muster, "Well how long were you standing there?"

He looked up at her amused at first with the query but then with a reluctant bit of honesty, "All day." the reply was short and all too simplistic yet it held more meaning then one could possibly imagine. Instantly she became more frightened of him and her hand grasped the blade a bit tighter. Instantly Trefle assumed it would be necessary to view the man as a threat and prepared to defend herself at all costs. She was ready to slip up the hem of her dress and assume the blade.

Suddenly just out of view a new figure materialized seemingly out of the very air. There was something very ominous about the man, something not very right at all. His hair was dark and matched the dark attire that he wore. Which about his torso was a tightly wrapped around him were belted restraints, the straight jacket didn't seem to impede his movement however for he quickly stepped out of the shadow of the tree and into the daylight. His eyes, which were the next noticeable thing about him, were ringed with dark circles and made the beadiness of his black pupils even more defined.

Trefle tried her best to keep her eyes shifting between the two men and instantly she connected them together. Her teeth gritted and for whatever reason she resisted the urge to assume her knife and fling it in the direction of the one called Shinkai. Impulsively assuming that both men had come for the same purpose. Although as Shinkai took notice of the man his statement flew in the face of what she had assumed, "Is he like your body guard?"

Instantly her mood shifted from defensive to sarcastic and she put her hands on her hips, dug her feet into the ground, and leaned forward. Her voice flew out sarcastically, "Do I look like I need a body guard?" She scoffed under her breath and took her eyes off them for a moment to stare up at a tree, seeming to let their presence not bother her. But with a curious grunt she turned her attention to the other man and tried to muster a bit of politeness but failed, "And who are you?" she chirped sarcastically raising an eyebrow aswell.

The strange looking man did not at all seem to be amused by either of their words. His face stayed solemn and unchanged even as he spoke his lips seemed to move very little. "I am Zihin." He spoke in a smooth toneless voice, but as his voice fell on, he suddenly leaned forward and marched in Trefle's direction. Dismayed by this display Trefle instantly assumed a fighting position her hand gripping the knife at her side again. Unconcerned with the fact that he was bound she still assumed death or worse may occur if she did not appear confident. He trudged into her space quickly, then stopped suddenly his arms twitching and shifting a bit behind the binds. Zihin took one final step forward before shifting in the binds again and in what seemed to be the politest manner he could manage pleaded, "Can you please untie me?"

The question threw her almost completely, and she hesitated quite a bit. Firstly as he finished the question she offered her hands then withdrew them taking another step back and putting a comfortable distance between them. But as he stood there his eyes fully focused on her she impulsively caved into this demands and stepped around him. When fully behind him she looked at the mess of binds that held him constricted. The ropes and cords were constructed in a similar fashion to that of a corset but likewise with the bodice style could be easily slipped off if you found the main string and pulled it apart...tbc
