Megumi, Ryuu, Akira, Tadashi, Kei and Hikari, who are all in one class called the "SA" (Special A) yet we don't get to see them in their actual classrooms. There were some filler characters, ect. Sakura, 
Sui, 
Chitose, 
Yahiro 
and Yui, 
but they were ok. One thing that I noticed pretty quickly was that this anime is probably by the same people who did Kaichou wa Maid-Sama, because the characters look slightly alike, and the senarios were alike as well (the "onigiri" (rice ball) incodent... round, hard and shiny...) Oh ya! And another great part... THERE WERE NO LOVE TRIANGLES!!!!! 
Anyways, the comedy was pretty funny... It got me laughing every episode or so, so it deserves greatness. Especially when Megumi "sings" and everybody covers their ears to not listen...
Kei's "Nii-San" (Miss rank two) was pretty funny too, when stone falls on Hikari's back 
Jun's "bad side" was pretty funny too.... YAOI!!!!! 
hehe Loved that part. Oh, and the student council president!!?? AHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! The comedy gets a 8-10
The romance.... mmmm.... there was a bunch of secret loves and secret confessions going on in Special A. Its good that Sakura and Jun and Akira and Tadashi (possibly Megumi and Yahiro
) all got together, but I would have really liked some KISSING GOING ON IN THERE!!! Well, at least Kei and Hikari did twice, but it was just barely... 
I liked the romance, because it was clear to the audience... (basically me) that Kei REALLY liked Hikari from day 1. You could tell because he threw a book at the student council president when he said "love? ahahaha" and he made this face -------> 
then.... WHAP! he's down to the ground. The romance gets a 8-10
OVERALL
I really liked Special A, because it was fresh, and exciting, with some twists. I really liked how Megumi didn't talk EXCEPT in one episode... her voice is pretty
The opening and closing songs weren't really good, because they weren't as catchy as others. 
Oh, and I have one more thing to say KEI TAKASHIMA IS HAWT STUFF! (just like Usui!!)
