45 - 60 Seconds (Fast or Slow Doesn't Matter)

Chest
Push Ups 3 - 5 Times
(3 - 4 Reps) - Should be controled
Knees (Touch the floor with your chest)
Normal pushups (Wheen knees are too easy)
Adv. Push ups (Use a chair or something for elevation)
Biscepts 3 - 5 Times
Lungs - Almost on a knee
(30 - 40 Each Arm)
Shoulders 3 - 5 Times
Explosion - Bend knees come up and raise the weight in the air above the head
(As many as you can)
