Appearance:
Physical: Shinto has charmed many a lady with his boyish, handsome good looks. Taking the appearance of a youthful Japanese idol-type, there's always an underlying sense of suspicion in those blues of his, but it's almost that aspect alone that is the lure to his catch. Often, they will briefly dilate into slits, teasing at his serpentine heritage. His well-groomed black hair comprises one single streak of blue, setting a feature of note and is practically cements his favorite color.
Attire: Always dressed to impress, Shinto often dons a V-neck, skinny jeans, a choice pair of boots (used especially for s**t kicking), and a suit jacket to top it all off. Draping his neck is his very plain, but very cherished diamond pendant. He is often seen toting around a guitar case.
Abilities:
Physical: Imparted with the cells of a snake through the G-Virus, Shinto employs a wide range of serpentine instincts on top of his human ones. While he is unable to secrete venom and such, Shinto has proven to be a shockingly quick combatant. While it is unknown if he is professionally trained in any martial art, Shinto fights with a distinctive focus on kicks, with snaps and roundhouses reminiscent of Tae Kwon Do.
Rhythm: Shinto, as one of the Zodiac, has adopted a mysterious power from the effects of living as one of 13's tattoo'd Pieces. His manifest in the form of sound manipulation, giving him the ability to act as a human tuning fork. He can send vibrations through the air at violent velocities, through the ground as sudden earthquakes, and can even pick up on noises normal humans wouldn't hear. Lately, he's been teaching himself to synch in on the vibrations that govern the human brain, and which ones it takes to render them unconscious.
Weapons: The only object that could be called a 'weapon' of Shinto's is his prized, and beloved guitar "Medusa". While it is, in fact, an ordinary rhythmic guitar, Shinto has trained his hands to channel his powers of Rhythm through the strings, up the neck, and out the tip, like a reverse-lightning rod. While he usually avoids a fight, Medusa is his equivalent of a well-tuned sniper rifle.
Personality: One of Shinto's most recognizable personality quirks is known only by few; that he is in every sense of the word, a liar. Not only is he a lair, but he is an excellent liar, able to control any facial ticks that would give him away and with the uncanny ability to hold this underlying confidence on every word he produces.
Another aspect of Shinto, which is ground closely with the former one, is that he is a ladies' man. He doesn't always do it with a specific goal in mind; Shinto just enjoys flirting and manipulating people, but he won't turn a happy ending if that's where it comes to.
But he isn't a bad person. Shinto makes up for the above with his inquisitiveness and good advise, and unwavering love of his friends and his purpose.
