Hey all, been inactive a while, just figured I'd update and let y'all know that it's not due to me being dead in a ditch somewhere.
My Grandmother was found unconscious on her bedroom floor a couple of months ago, when they took her to the hospital they overdosed her on insulin, which put her into coma. She apparently suffered a stroke while in the coma, and lost the ability to eat or speak, as well as the typical motor control issues, so it sucks pretty much all around.
Adding onto it, her PoA(my Aunt, which at this point the rest of my family considers her dead, if not actively wishing it - details following) has been blocking almost all the medical care that the care facility has been attempting to give, including reteaching my Grandmother to eat and speak. Most recently, she delivered a legal writ to the care facility stating that my Grandmother is not to be removed from her room, and she is not allowed any visitors unless by her permission. This included the care facility having to physically remove some of my grandmothers church friends that were giving her a Bible study, which caused my grandmother to cry so much that they were forced to sedate her to calm her down.
My Aunt doesn't understand why everybody is pissed off at her.
