Trying to keep track of my calories again. Any suggestion for snacks and meals are welcome.
Breakfast-
1 slice of brown bread and peanut butter= 140
Lunch-
Tomato soup and 1 slice of brown bread=185
1/6 of a cup of nuts and raisins=50
Dinner- Chicken salad with baby greens, cucumber, pepper, spring onion and avocado. With low calorie dressing=480
Snacks-
Half a cup of melon=20
1 low cal cheese triangle=25
100 cal bag of thinsations=100
Special K bar= 90
other/undecided=250
Total is 1340 calories.
