Diary of a Cleaver Girl
Random ramblings from a raucous weirdo ready to rumble and roll you down a mountain of sharp words and other pointy things.
Trickster Tales
In the old country, far away from this world, existed a grand kingdom. Its king was wise and loved, but his son, on the other hand, was a smug and arrogant prince. He did not give thanks for all the riches given to him, believing it was his right.

While he was on a walk to the forest, rabbits hidden in the fields came to him. "Greetings, good prince." They welcomed him, being friendly in nature. Though, the young prince was rude, and turned them away. "I would very much like to be alone. Do as I say." The man walked away, leaving behind the small bunnies in their field of flowers.

As he walked, the prince once again came upon a creature. A great deer, spoken with kindness and a helpful mind. "Are you lost?" It asked, only an arm's reach from the prince. "No, I'm not lost. I do not wish to talk to such common beings. Leave me be." At this, the deer bowed and turned away from him, letting the prince on his way.

Not an hour later, as the sun started to hang low, another animal walked onto the path. "Hello there." Called a strong and proud wolf. "May I help you with anything?" It asked, knowing the true reason behind strength.
"No!" The prince cried out, for a third time turning down help in favor of himself. "I can do anything by myself. Don't bother me again, you animal." He said rudely, puffing himself up and walking past.
But the wolf came up to the prince again, having seen the rejection of the other animals. "You, an arrogant prince who does not accept others, shall receive your wish. All your family shall not hear the words we animals speak. And as punishment, you will be forever alone in these woods, with no help from any being."

The prince didn't believe this, and scoffed, traveling further into the forest. Night soon fell, though, and he decided to return home, growing tired. Though, the forest as different at night. He could not find his way through the shadows, being lost between the many trails and trees, knowing he went too far in. "Animals! Lead me home." He called to the air, waiting impatiently. No answer. He tried once more, but alas, there was nothing to return his call. He was truly alone.

After many nights, the prince was forever lost in the cold forest, no animal appearing to him, no voices answering him. And from that day on, no man would understand the words of the animals, and could call for help no more. All thanks to the arrogance of a young prince.

"Open your mind, here comes the spoon."
