Not much to say after all this time. It's been pretty hot lately. Today I'm doing a ton of laundry. Last night I ended up making pork chops and gravy with some noodles. Not the healthiest thing, probably, but it was tasty! I used panko to give the pork more of a tonkatsu feel since I haven't made Tonkatsu in so long. I know it's one of Jemi's favorite things, but it's just too expensive to use that much oil all the time. The result, though, of being so low on supplies is that we're now out of eggs, oil, fresh produce, flour...geez, just about everything.
Hn...let's see... Watching the news. It has some crazy stories on it, but nothing was as impressive as the interesting thing MSNBC had the other night on the Sex Slave Trades for human trafficking of kidnapped girls within the United States. Funny how most people think of sold or kidnapped slave girls as foreign girls when it, apparently, happens just as frequently in the U.S. Crazy..
Oh, the dryer's done!
