I could make up a story or poem right now, at least, THAT would my mind off being sick. Hmm, what's a good creative idea. OH wow, I just thought of something, but it's sort of weird. Oh well, I hope ya like it anyway!

June Moon

The moon in June is always so lovely,
I love the moon when it sets over the sea,
I was at the seashore just the other day,
The moon was so beautiful in every way,
It had this ethereal glow all around it that night,
All I can say is that it was amazing sight.
A large wave washed my camera to sea
I will never get to show you it's beauty.
I tried to sketch the moon to show you,
I think you will say it was gorgeous too.
The drawing I made is simple but good,
It turned out much better than I thought it would!
I stayed at beach because of that moon,
For that reason, I hope you don't call me a loon!

There you go humble citizens and denizens of our fine site, that is my humble attempt at creating a poem when I'm sick. I hope this has amused you in some way. I had fun writing it even though I know it is not very good. I hope my efforts are worth something to you!
