Hey, I know it's only March, but I know I'm not the only one thinking about Summer! Soon school will be out, the sun will be shining, and it will be time to visit Cedar Point.
It will also be time for the annual Summer Reading Program at your library! Keep reading all summer to win prizes. Come to our programs; they are FREE!
The one I'm most excited about is the comic book workshop. Our friend, Damion Kendrick, is doing a 4-part workshop this summer. We will learn how to create our own comic books from the ground up! Characters, storylines, drawing...it's all covered!
Each participant will get a t-shirt and a booklet which contains everyone's work-in-progress. It will be so cool to see what everyone has been working on! Not to mention some help from our very own comic book artist in residence!
