My Yu-Gi-Oh characters (the host and the spirit)
(The past is really confusing, as is who Yami Bakura really is. Please correct me. Nicely, that is)
(Ryo Bakura's past has been altered in order to make my story more interesting. Don't complain)

Name: Yuki Bakura by birth; changes first name to Brandi when she was 9
Nickname: Has many alias, but mostly Emilia Vosch and Antoinette Dissidia
Age: 18
Crush: Duke Devlin (they're dating)
Gender: Female
Occupation: Inventor
Eyes: Yellow/gold (were green when she was younger)
Hair: Black
Siblings: Ryo Bakura
Appearance: 5'4", 115 lb. She's rather thin. Her hair reaches down to her hips, with some of it falling over her left eye past her chin, obscuring her eye from view. She wears a shirt that resembles a kimono top (multiple "layers" at the wrists, but they're only little pieces). The neck line that is diagonal separates the yellow and black parts of her shirt. (yellow on the right, mostly of the shirt, black on the right, only a sleeve. The shirt stops at her waist, revealing her midriff. She wears black pants and black boots, with a belt hanging loosely over her hips.
She also has eye-liner under her right eye and a dice earring in her right ear, just like Duke. It was his idea.
She has one major scar, on the back of her neck, from the fight with "Marik" (see Bio)

Personality: Brandi is very perky and nice, with a bit of humor thrown in for good measures. She loves her brother to death, and if it's to save him or help him in anyway, she would gladly give her life. She's had a trying life, and sometimes that shows through, whether in words or actions. She also has a short temper when it comes to Marik, after what he did to her.
Bio: Brandi's dad died when she was 3, causing her mother to slowly go insane over time. When Brandi was 9, her aunt that lived in Japan had Brandi and Ryo go live with their cousin Sable in Egypt, since their mother was emitted to a mental hospital. The two were separated, however, under the pretext that Brandi needed to study, and Isizu could teach her, even though Isizu is only 3 years older than the eldest Bakura. She changed her name to Brandi her first day in Egypt, saying it was because she wanted to leave her past behind, but only reinforced the idea when she found out her ancestors name happened to be Yuki. Brandi is her deceased aunts name (her father's sister, the mother of her legal guardian in Egypt.
She became very close to Marik over the years, since he was closest to her in age, and the two got along well. The Ishtar's father allowed them to stay up late as they wanted, and the two never seemed to run out of things to talk about. Sable later revealed to Bakura that the real reason Brandi was living with the Ishtar's was because she was supposed to marry Marik through an arranged marriage. Brandi never caught wind of this, however, and ended up dating him not long after the day that Marik's evil side banished the Ishtar's father to the shadow realm.
When Brandi was 14, about a week after her and Marik started dating, Duke opened a game shop in Egypt, in the town that Ryo and Sable lived in. Brandi met him when she and Marik went shopping one day. The game shop was small, but drawing a crowd, so they decided to check it out. Duke fell for Brandi that day, and fell hard, but she was already taken. Duke soon kept visiting the Ishtar house, always hanging around Marik and Brandi.
On one, fateful day, Brandi was fed up with Duke constantly ruining her alone time with Marik and yelled at him to get out. Sadly, Duke left, but what little control Marik had on his dark self slipped, releasing Yami Marik. The evil side of the poor boy was bent on destroying one of the only things that his other half actually cared for. At this point, Brandi was 15, Marik 13, and they had been dating for about 18 months. Marik's evil half proceeded to attempt to rape Brandi, and nearly succeeded, but she put up such a fight, slicing open her own neck on the post of Marik's bed, that he finally gave up. He ended up putting the Millennium bracelet on her unconscious form, and when he turned back into the "normal" Marik, the innocent boy tried to pull the bracelet off. This was the first of many appearances made by Yuki.
Brandi promptly broke up with Marik, not wanting to deal with his dark side. Not long after this, Brandi found out about her mother's condition, and the real reason Brandi and Ryo were sent to Egypt. She tried to get Ryo to return to Japan, but he refused. Brandi moved in with Sable and Ryo, but Sable began his world trip, opening the casinos he'd been left by his parents, and had just started to finish, since he'd been 19 when they first moved to Egypt, and was now 25.
Duke continued to chase after Brandi, only in a less noticeable manner. She finally accepted him, two weeks after her 16th birthday, a month before his 15th. The relationship grew quickly, but it wasn't to be, as a few months after it started, Brandi had to return to Japan, since her mother had taken a turn for the worse. The night before her departure, the two decided to stay true to each other. They each chose something important to show their seriousness. Duke chose the eyeliner under the eye, and Brandi chose the dice earring. She wore hers on the right, as if to counter the evil force of the Millennium bracelet, and he wore his on the left. Ryo stayed in Egypt to watch over Sable's estate.
Brandi and Ryo's mother died two weeks after Brandi returned to Japan, leaving Brandi to deal with the affairs of her family. She took night classes to graduate from high school, and soon started tinkering with different things around the house. She started inventing around her 17th birthday, and quickly became famous for her realistic robotic pets. She used the name Emilia Vosch, so she could keep her nobody status.
During the series: Brandi reunited with Isuzu when she game to Japan to open the Egypt exhibit. The two hit it off, and when it came to getting on the blimp to stop the end of the world, Brandi was to duel for the pair. However, Yuki started to act up again, and she was forced to forfeit.
During the virtual world arc, Brandi is left on the ship, as she has fallen unconscious with all the pressure Yuki has been putting on her. She remains like this until the end of battle city.

Millennium Item: Bracelet. Looks like a bangle, with the only component the eye, which sides connect to make the bracelet. The spirit of Thief King Bakura's sister resides in the bracelet. She takes over Brandi's body when the bracelet is taken off, unless there are other millennium items around. In that case, she can communicate with Brandi, and even take over for short amounts of time if Brandi's weak enough.
Deck Type: Dark/Occult, like her brother. She's fascinated by mythology, so her deck has many cards that resemble ancient gods and goddess from different cultures

Age: She was 19 when she died, 3000 years ago.
Crush: The only people she knew in her lifetime were her brother, her parents, and the cursed people who destroyed her family and people. Not much room for love.
Gender: Female
Occupation: Thief
Eyes: Gold
Hair: White
Siblings: Thief King Bakura
Appearance: When in Brandi's body, identical, only her hair is spiky and her eyes are sharper (much like Marik/Yami Marik)
However, when she was alive, she was much different. The only similarities between Yuki and Brandi are their eyes. Outside of that, they share nothing in the looks department.
Yuki is 6', with a thin, muscular build, with minimal curves. She shares similar muscle tone with her brother, as the two of them lived out their days following the massacre together. Her hair is white, and falls thinly over her right eye, obscuring the view of twin lines falling over her right eye. She has a tattoo of the eye of Osiris under her left eye (very small). Her dress was a tight black cloak (undone, like Yami Marik, only her's has sleeves) over a strapless white dress with a rope belt. She is often barefoot, but if she's traveling over a great distance, she wears black shoes like her brother's white ones.

Personality: {Past} Yuki was very kind. She was Bakura's voice of reason, though he ignored her more often than not. She often got work in villages they went to in order to try to keep Bakura from stealing, but to no avail. She died the way she lived; for her brother, not unlike Brandi (Author note: Brandi's not dead, BTW)
{Present} After years holed up in the Millennium Bracelet, Yuki's sweet personality turned as sour as stomach acid, and she never lost the taste. She grew cruel and hard edged, and started to love pain, not unlike Yami Marik. She constantly batters poor Brandi with cruel words whenever she can.
Bio: Yuki and Bakura aren't separated by much when it comes to age, so when their village was attacked, both of them were emotionally scarred. However, Yuki took it much better than Bakura did. As he went slowly insane, Yuki took it all in stride. She even defended the people who attacked them, but her soul eventually started to become corrupt. She was caught with a priceless artifact, and was sentenced to hard labor for it. She started by working in the palace as a servant to the pharaoh and his priests. However, she had massive internal bleeding from the events that transpired when she was younger (she'd been attacked, but had gotten away), and died when no one would help her. Bakura found out about this and went mad with rage, and, well... you know the rest. I hope xD
Ka: Her Ka was the past version of The All-Seeing White Tiger.
Deck Type: {Present, duh} Dark. When she's in control, she doesn't use any of the God/Goddess cards Brandi stocks up on
