Axel's Betrayal
Axel sat on the Clock Tower, watching the sky.He was thinking about the many different times he had been there with Roxas, Xion and Rixa.He missed those times.
"But now...Xion's gone, Roxas doesn't even remember me and Rixa's on a mission for revenge."
Ever since he found out what the Organization had truly planned for Roxas, Axel had left.He couldn't take any more of it, especially from Saix.He had changed completely and his only objective was doing whatever was necessary to further the Orgnization's purposes.They had even sent Nobodies to eliminate him after he left.He was tired of having to fight them off.
"Worst idea I ever had.Who knew they'd be this relentless to see me gone?"
"You clearly know nothing, Axel."
He turned around and saw a cloaked figure standing beside him.He stood up and summoned his chakrams, prepared to defned himself.The figure laughed at him and sat down, ignoring him.The figure pulled the hood back and revealed their face.Axel realized it was Rixa who had been watching him and he calmed down.
"Had me worried for a minute there.Thought they sent someone to finally eliminate me."
Rixa didn't answer and stared at the sky.She was busy in her mind, trying to figure out what the memory she had seen back at the castle meant.Axel sat down and tried to get her to talk.
"Rixa, how have you been?You look well."
"So they're after you now...It's only a matter of time before they come after me too.", she whispered, "And Riku as well."
"You mean...you're still with him, Rixa?", he asked out of concern, "What have you gotten yourself into?"
"You should ask that to yourself, not me.I'm only trying to make the Organization pay for it's crimes.You, on the other hand, are doing nothing.All you did was run away, Axel.", she said, standing up and pulling her hood over her face, "I really thought that you'd be up for helping Roxas, but I guess I was wrong."
She walked away, leaving Axel standing on the edge of the Clock Tower.He looked down, trying to explain to himself what he really was doing.He had tried his best to get Roxas to remember him, but that didn't work out how he planned.And he had to watch his every step, for the Nobodies could find him at any moment.
"What am I doing?I just want to help..."
