I'm tired of being so tired.
For many reasons, including my membership on Gaia, I can no longer sleep at night. Instead, for the past two weeks or so, I've been falling asleep at 6 AM and waking up at 4 PM. Bear in mind, I no longer have a full-time job and my first and only university class is at 5:30 PM.

I'm trying a round of Benedryl, intense anaerobic and aerobic exercise and turning off the internet. If all of this doesn't work I'm mostly out of ideas. Any suggestions?

    Well, if you're not stressed, getting excercise, not consuming too much caffeine, and not worried about anything (lot of if's, I know) Then your serotonin levels could be low, in which case some carbs or a hug (seriously) could probably help get you to sleep.

    PS. I promise I'm not going to gaia stalk you.
