For many reasons, including my membership on Gaia, I can no longer sleep at night. Instead, for the past two weeks or so, I've been falling asleep at 6 AM and waking up at 4 PM. Bear in mind, I no longer have a full-time job and my first and only university class is at 5:30 PM.
I'm trying a round of Benedryl, intense anaerobic and aerobic exercise and turning off the internet. If all of this doesn't work I'm mostly out of ideas. Any suggestions?
