Emotional abuse is very common, but just as deadly as all the other types of abuses. It may damage your self esteem and other things like homework, school, friends, it may even damage your physical self since you might go "emo". Emotional abuse is very hard to recognize. The most common causes are , being rejected all the time,ridiculed,compared unfavorably, very high expectations, etc. Emotional abuse can lead to depression. Which will lead to thoughts of suicide or other thoughts of death. There are good sides and bad sides to this.
Bad side
Hurts others around you who care for you
Make you depressed
Thoughts of suicide
Emoness
Lack of sleep
Bad grades which leads to more ridiculing
Depends...
Become a spartan (bravery of death/wanting to die for atleast a cause)
Good side
Have fear in nothing *power of bravery*
Dont care about anything *power of non self esteem*
Don't fake depression. It's better to not fake it. I know that being emo attracts attention and all, don't fake it. You may even laugh at this guide. I have posted this for all those who NEED HELP. Not those who want to get more popular.

Are their ways to stop emotional abuse?
Yes. Whoever is emotional abusing you ,try to make them stop abusing you. Try to say that this is as far as you can possibly stretch. Say that you have set goals for yourself. Parents always want their child to exceed standards and become very skilled. You want to aim for small goals. Not to small, not to large.
