I am going to tell you some things that you may not want to hear, but you need to hear them. Where you are right now, mentally, is a hard place to be. It's hard to see the light for all the darkness surrounding you. It's hard to hang on when you feel that there's no reason and no one to hold on for anymore. You feel weak, you feel ugly, you feel helpless and hopeless and bent out of shape. You feel so fundamentally alone that you could stand in the middle of a packed room and have it feel the same as if you were in the middle of a dead forest or the only person left on earth. You want someone to hold you and you want them to make it better.

The bad news is that there's no one that can do that for you even if they wanted to. Your happiness is up to you to make. Your peace with yourself and this world is something that needs to come from within yourself. In the end, you are you greatest ally and worst enemy in your search for th things you want.

When you are at the end of your rope, there's never going to be anyone to catch you or help you. The strength must come from within your own mind and soul. It takes great courage to climb up out of that hole.

The good news is that you are stronger than you will ever know. You are more beautiful that you could ever guess. There is grace in you that you never thought you had.

My mother used to tell me that no one can love you until you can love yourself. This is also true of respect and trust. At some point, you will have to trust and respect yourself enough to let someone know you. There is always risk in letting someone that deep within yourself. But, should they not accept you, flaws and all, it will not destroy you. Anyone that is going to love you, is going to love you in spite of your flaws. Sometimes they will love you because of them. Perhaps you can only see the negative aspects of the things you don't like about yourself. Let me assure you that no negative thing happens but there is something good as comes from it.

Just remember,

You are strong.
You are intelligent.
You are beautiful.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and get on with your life.

You are repsonsible for you own happiniess in the life.
