My world
A glimpse into my mind and the world behind it and all that goes on
The Angel's ugly Warrior
((I came up with this concept while on campus and wanted to write it out. Its not long, but I just wanted to get this concept and story out there. I hope you all enjoy it.))

The tree's rustled as the wind whisked through the forest, completely serene and docile as if it were a true paradise in the world. The golden leaves shined brilliantly while capturing the sun's rays and reflecting allowing the forest to bask in a golen light. Silver leaves reflected the light to parts unknown to allow the warriest to see the world in a new light, the light of truth. And the jade leaves, wonderous and mystical as they gathered the sun and produced the wonder of life and magic of the world as the color seemed to swirl on the leaves as it gathered all of the rays and distributed the life of the world.

But deep within the forest, the key to this paradise slept; an angel, a beautiful creature that brought peace and healing to all. It was said that she never judged or hated, only loved and cared for everyone. But this angel had a guardian, a warrior who would die for her as he traversed the forest and took care of the animals and sought to protect that which the angel healed and stood for.

The angel however didnt see the warrior as a helpful guardian, or someone to aid her. She only saw him when he brought injured people, cut in several places by the warrior's blade, to her to heal. She never knew why he would bring hurt people to her, more so why the people that the warrior would take to the edge of death and have her save them. The things he did, the acts he committed in her name, although she never knew, drove her to hate the warrior. Now, the warrior was the only person she hated, the only thing she considered ugly in the world.

The animals vouched for the warrior, saying he only did good, but the angel wouldnt listen. The people told her that the warrior was a kind soul and would aid them in any endeavor for life, but she wouldnt care, she hated the ugly warrior. She hated him, and his quiet demeanor as he would do nothing but help her; nothing for himself. Maybe he pitied her, or that he thought she was weak. The thoughts only enraged her more at the ugly warrior for looking down on her; her hatred, would only attract that which is to come.

The angel then confronted her ugly warrior for his behavior and his reasons. He never spoke a word, she screamed and yelled at him for his stupidity and his wrath, but he accepted it all. She then forbade him from ever stepping near her grove ever again, or else she would bring Heaven's wrath upon him. Hearing this, dark shadows plotted the downfall and corruption of the angel.

On a dark night, the silver leaves reflecting the moonlight accross the forest and showing the way for all to the angel and to her protection. Unfortunatly, a few were not looking for protection, only a night of rememberence. Nearing the grove, the men began to smile greedily as they neared the angel, who was asleep and still angry over the warrior and his ways.

Once inside however, the men jumped on her and began to strip her of her clothing, she was powerless to stop them for she couldnt move, and was too terrified to think clearly in the situation. As the men begna to move to rape her, a gutteral roar from what sounded like a dragon came from outside the cave as the warrior, with no shirt on and countless scars on his body, came running in with his fists clenched around his sword and rage clear in his eyes.

The men ran from the grove in fear, thinking the warrior was too compliant of the angel to return since she banned him. But the warrior would always stay by her side, at all costs. The angel gasped as she saw her ugly warrior covered in scars, many deep and large enough to where they could have killed him. They were from the several fights to protect her without killing the people dumb enough to try and kill or take advantage of his angel. She never realized how much he suffered, the pain he endured, the several times where he almost died but came back and still protected her, he didnt think she was weak or anything like that. He loved her, he loved her for her kindness and sincerity and compassion. He loved her more than anything else in this world, and it was only now that the angel realized how much.

The angel tried to reach out to him, to apologise for everything she said to him with tears in her eyes and begging for forgiveness, but it was too late for any of that. She had given her command, she had told him that he was never allowed to be with her, to not allow the uglyness of his being to be seen with her. Her words were absolute to him, she was his angel, his divine light; she made him who he was and would follow her law to the letter. The warrior would live on as her ugly warrior, her protector and guardian, but never hers to be with.
