So yeah a lot has happened over the last two years.
My mentor passed away not long after my last journal entry while I was away on a trip to New York. I made another trip up there since, going to the ICON convention.
Been too like three funerals in that time; those parts were a bit rough. Otherwise things have been good. My love and I are engaged now and planning a wedding for sometime next year. Hopefully that all turns out well. I think the only thing I am afraid of is how well I will do as a husband. I mean I'm not sure how good a boyfriend I am or what. I like to hang with my friends a lot, I still make time for her but I think I should make more. Still getting used to the whole thing I guess... I think I am a good boyfriend and fiance, I have my grumpy spells especially when I am stressed but I should try to get a handle on that more. I love her with all my soul so that should have things work out.

Otherwise lets see what else has gone on I made contact with people from high school that I hadn't spoken to in a long time which was very cool. I need to start thinking about going to college and get a career going soon. I really think I need to find a new job and to get what I want I need to go to college.
