My mom's cellphone's pretty plain, big keyboard instead of just number keys, though.
It locks easy, doesn't usually do anything out of character.
It's pretty hard to unlock, though, since the letters, symbols, and numbers are pretty tight.
Today I was listening to my dad and mom, I was half-awake, staring at the T.V. that wasn't even on.
My dad said, "Ava, it doesn't make any sense, your phone's been unlocking itsself in the middle of the night at odd times and turning on the internet."
She said, "That's weird, like what time?"
"Times like 11:12 P.M., 3:32 A.M., 6:59 A.M.... But the strangest thing is, it's not the cat stepping on it or the dog sitting on it."
She raised an eyebrow and asked, "How do you know?"
He shook his head. "It's only on for a few seconds, it's turning on and then off and locking itsself again."
"How many times has this happened?" She asked, taking a sip of coffee.
"For a while, about a month ago it started, it happens almost every night."
"Sounds expensive."
"That's kind of creepy." I butt-in, smiling like a dope.
They laughed.
But seriously, for some reason cellphones scare me. o.o Especially when they turn themselves on and play on the internet.
And when I say play, the bill showed that data was running in and data was coming out. It didn't just open to Yahoo!, sit there for a few seconds, then lock. It literally went places, did things.
