Bwahahahaha. Okay, so today I decided to try and change my headlight. My signal light went out =< last month it was my tail light. Anywho it was an adventure. My first problem was that I couldn't find any ******** tools. My car is set up so I have to take the whole headlight casing thing out to change the bulb. There were these two bolts that hold the casing on, but no damn wrenches. And let me tell you... pliers = no. So yeah, I got dad to find the wrenches but none would fit. So then I tried sockets, and one fit, but the ratchet part is broked so you have to attach a screwdriver type thing and do it that way. and yeah. I broke the handle. At which point I swore and let go and then the socket fell into my car. scream So logically I go to pick it up off the floor underneath my car... but no. It's not there. So I climb underneath and some ******** a*****e put plastic EVERYWHERE... they plastisized my goddamn car -.- Basically i'd have to unscrew more s**t and take off my whole bumper if I ever wanted to see that socket again. In which case I said ******** it. So at this point dad whips out a pipe wrench and that FINALLY gets it done. I changed the light then with no problem, and decided to grab a flashlight and look in the plastic underbelly of my car for that socket. I shoved my whole damn arm in and nodda. Then I heard a clang and it was on the ground under the car. I dunno what went on there. I also found a LOT of gravel and mud.. ******** plastic making my car fat. It eats gravel i guess. Nom nom nom.
Ok. I'm like mechanically retarded, fyi. So I felt the need to share in my exultation lol. My dad told me something my grandpa apparently used to say. He was a mechanic and he died long before I ever came along. Anywho, he used to say that you have to take the car off the part. No freaking kidding! X.x
