Read if you want to, un?
Time for a review.
My last day of class is today, un.
And it's only going to be about 10 minutes long.

So by noon today, I am officially done school.
Unless if I choose to go back some day, this is the last day of school for the rest of my life, un.
So it's been 16 years since I stepped into the educational world and it's been quite a ride. I've been thinking about it at lot in the past 24 hours. What did I learn? What have I gained? A lot, of course.

I'm only 20 years old and there's so many life lessons that have shaped me into who I am.

So I thought I'd get them all down, un.

"Nothing of me is original. I am the combined effort of everybody I've ever known."

- I have learnt how to love.
- I have learnt how to hate.
- Some things never change, but I should accept the ones that do.
- You must love to be loved.
- Your true friends will prove themselves of that title. Most likely by not doing anything out of their norm too.
- Be yourself.
- Do what makes you happy. Without causing grief to others, of course.
- Laugh.
- Do everything at your own pace.
- Procrastination is fun, but not ideal. Or productive.
- Writing a rough draft does help. A lot.
- Trends and fads are fun, but remember to like something because you like it, not because everyone else does.
- You don't have to please everyone all the time.
- It's okay to be sad. Because being happy every second of every day is ridiculous.
- Distance will never be a factor in a true friendship.
- Listen to the messages in those Dove chocolate wrappers. Some of them are very wise.
- Life is more interesting when you believe in everything. (ghosts, aliens, vampires, etc)
- Don't be afraid to change your opinion.
- Critique doesn't bite.
- Responsibility is something that should be embraced, not feared.
- Enjoy the little things. Like stopping to smell the roses, or watching the sun rise or set.
- Enjoying things that you liked when you were younger does not make you childish.
- Give personal possessions names. You'll take better care of them if you associate them with some kind of personification.
- Stereotypes should never be taken seriously.
- Judge by personality, attitude, and actions; not by appearance or interests.
- Every day is the first day of the rest of your life.
- Take pride in your nationality.
- Take pride in your ethnicity.
- Take pride in yourself.
- English dubs rock.
- Only vent/rant to those you trust the most.
- Or at least someone who doesn't mind listening.
- There's someone out there for everybody. And you'll find them when you stop looking so damn hard.
- You can be mature and still have fun.
- The horoscopes in the paper are accurate because they're just advice applied to everyday situations.
- A zombie invasion sounds fun, but in all reality it's not.
- Talk to someone you trust about any problem you have. Chances are they'll help make it just a bit better.
- It's silly to despise something you once were a fan of.
- Laying in bed and just talking can be better than sex.

I also learnt calculus, but I haven't found a use for that yet.

I'll add more when they come to me, un. icon_3nodding.gif

A couple of these really made me laugh. xDD
But anyways, I hope you have fun in the real world... Well, you're already there, but still. Without school, I guess. xD

I found this extremely interesting, and will take note of it in the future.
