just a place for me to post things and for my friends to comment about how much they love me ;) lol
weight loss: day 7
Okay, so today wasn't really too good for my diet and such. I didn't end up having anything for breakfast 'cause my sister and I were going to get something to eat at the mall anyway. But, that didn't work out when my mom came home early and told us to come home and do the chorse that we hadn't done yet. So, I didn't actually get to eat anything until about 5 o'clock at night. Before I ate I took Shredder on his walk, but I didn't get to do mine today, which kind of dissapointed me, but yeah, not much I can do about that. I intend to go on a long walk either tomorrow or thursday to make up for it. I actually switched the day that I'm going to do my weigh ins too. I'm going to do them on tuesdays instead because I usually work on wednsdays and I didn't take that into consideration when I choose the day. Anyway, the only things I've eaten today are a tuna sub, a bag of baked potato chips, and three cookies. And I got them from Subway while I was getting cat litter at walmart. So, adding all of that up, I used only 19 points so far today and It's 9 o'clock at night right now. I still have 16 points to use. I'm trying to think of what I can eat that might use up all the points. I'm thinking of having some hot cross buns that my mom bought. I think that two of those and a glass of milk would use up a bit of points. They don't specifically mention them in the points system that I have, but I can make due. I'll just have to look at the nutritional information and the serving size. Perhaps the ingredients to try and figure out about how much it would be worth, so yeah, them and a cup of milk, I'm hoping, will kill the rest of my points.

Anyway, so yeah, since I had my mom weigh me today, I guess that I should say that the scale sucks and my mom said that I'm actually 3 pounds more, which would put me at 265 instead, but yeah, there are a lot of factors that could be affecting my weight. Like the time of day, and the fact that the jeans I was wearing alone probably weight the 3 pounds, lol. I could also actually be getting some muscle in my legs, since I'm not as used to the leg work as I am lifting things. I have a lot more upper body strength than I do lower body strength. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I'm hoping that it's not my diet that's killing me. Although I'm doing pretty well on it. And I've been walking every day...well...besides today, but yeah. I promised that I wouldn't quit no matter how hard it gets and no 3 pounds is going to get me down. I'm certainly going to continue and make sure that I lose the weight that I want to lose.
