The howling wind races past me as I hurdle torward the abyss.
It sounds like the scream of a thousand tortured souls.
The bitter cold I felt before has turned into a biting freeze.

As I fall I can see branches and rocks.
I reach out to grab them but, the weight is too heavy.
The life preservers give way and I still continue to plummet.

The cloudy void has dissapeared, revealing the sharp jagged rocks below.
They smile up at me, arranged in a sick twisted grin.
Calling to me, "It'll be over soon."
