The Gaia Handbook to Workouts, Nutrition and Happiness
Workout: Week Four
Now that I have managed to be within striking distance of the weight I wanted to achieve in a quarter of the time that I expected, I am now going to return to continue training at Xtreme Couture Toronto. One of the reasons I wasn't training there is that it's so far and I do not own a car, and I have to ride my bike, which would not be a problem if it wasn't well in Canada (snow). I also happen to have a pretty reasonable idea of what my work week is going to look like so I am going to post a tentative schedule.

Monday:

5:30 - Bike to Xtreme Couture Toronto

7:00 - Beginner BJJ /w Sam Zakula

8:00 - BJJ No Gi /w Sam Zakula

9:30 - Bike to Home

Tuesday:

11:30 - Bike to Xtreme Couture Toronto

1:00 - Thai Kick Boxing /w Mark Hominick and Chris Horodecki

2:30 - Bike to Home

6:00 - Workout /w Noland Clarke

Wednesday:

5:30 - Bike to Xtreme Couture Toronto

7:00 - Greco Wrestling /w Nick Johnson

8:00 - Submission Wrestling /w Misha Cirkunov

9:30 - Bike to Home

Thursday:

11:30 - Bike to Xtreme Couture Toronto

1:00 - Thai Kick Boxing /w Mark Hominick and Chris Horodecki

2:30 - Bike to Home

Friday:

5:30 - Bike to Xtreme Couture Toronto

7:00 - BJJ No Gi /w Marco Antico
