I like Valentine's Day...but I hate it at the same time. 
Valentine's Day is a sweet holiday, especially the way we celebrate it at my high school. During this time, the major clubs have little fundraisers selling flowers and chocolate for various school causes. I got a few of these from my friends.
However, we all know who's holiday Valentine's Day really is: the lovers.
Observing a couple making out on a locker right next to mine, I wondered about the implications of me and my "crush hiatus". After having my heart broken a while back (no need to ask about details) and proclaimed that love was "stupid" and decided to focus more on my friendships and studies.
When I see that, it just makes me feel about what I have been missing out on...
