stranger in the dark
come to bite my neck
and leave his trade mark
come to steal my life
or change it to a new

gone by mornings dew
hiding from the sun
but out by the night
to prowl around the shadows
hiden and out of sight
untill a pray comes along
underneth a stary sky
caught by something else
the hazle green in her eyes
she walks along the streets
not noticing his stares
roaming in the street light
as far as she dares
he keeps himself astray
not wanting to get to close
but she turns around and sees him
giving him a dose
a dose of her desire
a dose of her fear
she stares deep into his eyes
beconing him to come near
he steps out from the shadows
and still shes not supprised
not even when she knows
tonights the night she dies
she gives herself to him
not wanting to fight him off
he poles her close to him
hes embrace is warm and soft
she closes her eyes tight
waiting for the bite
but when it never comes
she looks to see only the starry night
he felt some thing different in her
he saw it in her face
a pursing, loving desire
that longed for his embrace
waking something inside him
his deepest darkest fear
falling in love with a mortal
he sheds but a lonely tear
he stares at her as she is
shes stunned and a little sad
she turns to walk away
and only then does he understand
there love was meant to be
but apart they most stay
for if the others saw them
dead they both would lay
he sneaks up behind her
and plants a gentle kiss
then sneaks back out of sight
before there love is missed
she turns to face her stranger
thinking of the kiss
instead she says out loud
"good night my Mr.anonymous"
