School started yesterday, and fortunately, there were no nasty surprises. I actually like our Drawing teacher and the fact that she lets us use whatever media on which we'd like to focus. I could actually build a portfolio for the school I want to attend... It's exciting. And while I get a degree in language education and geology, I can work towards getting into animation school.
I decided I'm pretty sick of 'breaks' and having nothing to do during that time. I feel like for the majority of that time, I'm wasting time. When I'm not in school, I waste time. I hardly draw or do anything but lie in bed, watch tv, and wish for something to do-_-.
Since art class isn't -work- even when I dislike the teacher, I'm thinking of taking a studio class during the summers. So I can build a portfolio. The problem presents itself when I get to the higher art classes. I'm not an art majour, and I don't want to be one while I'm in school here. That's not part of why I'm going to school tomorrow, and any art majour at my school won't lead into a career I would even want.

I see that a lot of people who make doujinshi are able to get bound copies to sell at conventions and such, but I have no idea where you can do that. Especially if it's fanart, and especially if there might be some "adult content". And I really certainly don't know how to do it myself... if anyone has tips or knows anyone who does, I'd really appreciate it.
I don't think I'll be able to have the first Snupin Burrito done for binding by Momocon like I had hoped, but I'm certainly not going to wait for AWA, either. I'm working as quickly as I can><.
