Tempusite

Found only in the 4th dimension, this Pokemon remains largely a mystery to PokeScientists around the world. Tempusite swiftly executes such attacks as Freeze Frame and Time Bomb, rendering its opponents immobile before obliterating them.

Designed, drawn, and coloured by me for Soquili's Create a Pokemon Contest, in their second PokeSoq event. It did not win the contest for me, but I am quite proud of it anyway ^^
