Today was a little, surprisingly, weird day.
It was awesomely busy at work. Al those damn students were damn drunk.. luckely there wasn't a fight like last year and the year before that.. and the year before that.
When I got back from work (at about 1:15am) I was riding on my bike and spotted a hedgehog crossing the road (which you wouldn't normally find in that area).
So I though I'd pick it up and take it too a nearby park where it can live without getting disturbed by constant death threats by cars and such.
Although I had gloves with my, they weren't really any protection to it's spikes.
After about a minute or 2 thinking how to transport the little critter away, I came up with the idea to use the rain protection for my backpack as a sack.
And I was in time too, a few seconds later a car came around the corner and almost didn't see me (I was wearing black clothing, still from work).
From this comes that and thus the driver yelled at me that I was crazy standing in the middle of the road. Thus I explained the reason I was standing there. So after a few minutes he understood and even offered me a ride to the nearest place we could set the hedgehog free.
Although I thanked him for the offer, I declined, jumped on my bike and got on my way.
