Things I think I'd like to do one day or another.

-To stay best friends with my best friend.
If a girl doesn't have a best friend, what DOES she have? I'll give you two guesses... yer not quick enough!
Answer: NOTHING.
So, we're still besties, even after 8 years. And I want us to make it to 80.
-To get a job.
I think I’d like to have a past time that I would not only enjoy and would get out of bed for, but that would also put a little cash in my pockets.
-To go to L.A.
Because my girlyfriend is thar. It happens.
-To rework ‘Neverwhere’ into an actually decent television series.
SRSLY. I read the book and had HEARD of the series before I’d received the book for my birthday. So, about halfway into it, I decide to look the show up on YouTube. Oh, what a dreadful mistake! D:
After I had stopped seizing from the utterly hideous adaptation of the lovely Mr. Neil Gaiman’s writing into whatever it had been that I was watching, I came up with the idea of maybe trying to get my hands on the original script and then make the series a little project of mine. Maybe find more suitable actors, sets and get my hands on better special effects.
-To go to England.
I suppose you can tell that I would like very much to travel a lot, when I can. I would like very much to go to the mother land of Caucasia and get a lovely cottage in maybe Northern England, actually, it might be a little cool there for me, maybe in the midlands? Or perhaps on the Western seashore..... but I hate the sea. I’ll give it more thought later, but I’d very much love to live in England someday.
-To learn to Swim.
Because I can’t. I don’t know how. It sucks, but it happens. And now that I’m thinking about it, if I am going to be living near a large body of water, I should probably at least learn to tread water, or stay afloat or SOMETHING.
-To get a comic published.
I think that the first profession I ever considered was comic artist, like Jim Davis [the comic Garfield] and Bill Watterson [Calvin and Hobbes] for the news papers. I wanted to become rich and famous* by drawing silly little comics for my characters like ‘Christy Cowlick’ [based off of my younger sister one morning when she had an AWFUL cowlick]. But as I got older I thought about becoming an archeologist, a psychologist, a nun, and Queen. But none of those things ever really worked out, and in the end I did in fact decide, once again to become a comic artist. However, my tastes in comics and graphic novels had changed a bit since I was 8. So now, I want to become a comic artist for BIG comic books. I want to grow as an artist. I want to improve and master my own style. I want to work with Neil Gaiman, and Terry Prachett, and Kevin Smith... and ya know, just put my art and humour out onto the market to make people glad, and get paid for it.
-To go to a proper concert.
I’ve never been to a real honest to God rock’n’roll concert. So I think I’d like to go to one. I know Zeppelin is going to have a reunion tour coming up..... I’ll try to go to that. I think that would be one ******** badass first concert.
-To fall in love.
Call me a sappy a** romantic if you must, I know I’d call me that. But I think I would very much like to fall in love. I’m still young, so I have plenty of time; though it WOULD be nice if it happened sooner rather than later. [/impatient American]
-To make people laugh.
I love to be a nice positive center of attention. I love the purity of people, and I, like most performers, artists and such, believe the two purest things a person can do is cry and laugh. Even if I don’t move to England, and I don’t see my girlfriend and I don’t get anything published, and I don’t get to do ANYTHING ELSE on this list, I think I just want to make people laugh.
*FUNFACT: Most comic artists aren't terribly rich or famous. Go figure. :/
