Here are the criteria that will help you figure out where your character rates for each attribute. Additionally, the Power Grid is not to be abused, please respect it, nt giving yourself 10 on every attribute...
STRENGTH:
The maximum amount of weight one can lift over their head (under optimal conditions)
1. Below Average: Less than 150lbs
2. Average: 150 - 300lbs
3. Athlete: 300 - 800lbs
4. Peak Human: 800 - 1500lbs
5. Meta Human: Can lift cars and other small vehicles
6. Super Human: Can lift tanks, airplanes
7. Legendary: Can lift small ships and buildings
8. Mythical: Can lift large ships, buildings, trains
9. Unearthly: Can lift nearly any man made object, mountains
10. Planetary: Can lift planetary structures, moons, meteors
SPEED:
The speed at which your character can travel, by running or flying
1. Below Average: Less than 5mph
2. Average: 5 - 12 mph
3. Athletic: 12 - 18mph
4. Peak Human: 18 - 25mph
5. Subsonic: 25mph - under Mach-1 (760mph)
6. Supersonic: Between Mach-1 to Mach-10
7. Hypersonic: Between Mach-10 and Mach-25
8. Omegasonic: Mach-25 and Half the Speed of light
9. Speed of light: Between 1/2 and the Speed of light
10. Warp speed: Transcending light speed; near instantaneous
DURABILITY:
The ability to take punishment and resist bodily injury.
Note, it can be possible to be rated high,
yet still be vulnerable to piercing and slashing weapons. You can mark your stat high,
but make sure you tell us any specifics that it doesn't work against!
1. Weak: Very fragile
2. Average: Normal ability to resist energy for human
3. Athletic: Conditioned to withstand moderate damage
4. Peak Human: Withstand greatest amount of damage humanly possible

Your ability and speed at which you react based on just your reflexes.
