A few years ago my sister had a dog. His name was Chewy and we all loved him. My sister had to get rid of him because she couldn't keep them. Well Chewy was at a new home and he was a very vocal dog. So he would whine and bark. Well one day the neighbor was getting sick and tired of all the whining and barking, so he took his truck and went into his neighbor house and ran him over. He was killed instantly. But it still bothers me that people have that kind of nerve. Killing a helpless animal.
