So I was going to apply somewhere today(not telling where) well more then one place. What happens? I can hear the damn wind howling outside my window.

Well!
If i go out in the wind even with a hat on my hair will get ******** all over the place, and when my hair gets tosed around if fans out and sticks in position sometimes. So i can't go into a place and apply with my head looking like medusa's or something.
