Prologue
The year is 3777. In the future of mankind, vast climate and land changes put man to a whole new level of superiority. With much change, give new adaptations to suit the climates animals live in: and humanity is no exception.
Now, with humanity wielding new, powerful “talents”, they now have control over the elements: water, fire, ice, and lightning. As the world changes, even more, new, not before seen powers emerge.
With humanities quest for power, there are now two groups of good, and evil. The evil group call themselves, the Immortals. The good group call themselves, the Wielders of Heaven. As both search for new powers to conquer the other, they discover that one thirteen year old human emerged, wielding any ability known, and the ability to absorb other powers, not yet known. As of now, a story begins, and its end that will change the world.

Chapter 1
Xeno sat, waiting. It had been raining for the past week. The sky never changed any shade of color, being gray since last Monday. This wasn’t unusual, since the sky changed almost every month because of the earth’s rapid change of climates. The rain came down pouring. As one drop of rain came down, Xeno watched as billions of other drops followed.
Xeno sighed. He didn’t get to soar in the sky for so long. Yet, he can never forget the feeling. Xeno was part of the few people that could fly. His family had other powers; his dad could control lighting, his mom, fire, his sister water, and him, the few that could fly. His 15 year old older brother, Vale, was one of the rarest people on earth: He didn’t have any power. “You guys are all Weirdo’s!” his brother said when he was nine. Xeno was actually the only one that Vale liked. They were both different, which was the start of their close friendship. Xeno’s family was rich, and so his house was a mansion. He loved living in it, for there was so much to see everyday.
The rain stopped. As the last drop fell, and the sky became clear, Xeno rushed, got his black sunglasses, and ran out of the house. He stepped out to the driveway. He took in a deep breath of fresh air, put his sunglasses on, and with a gush of wind and a flash of light, he was up in the sky. The smell of fresh air was invigorating. With a smirk, he blasted forward, accelerating to more than 90 mph. When he discovered his powers at age 6, he went out to fly almost everyday. With the flying practice, he became an ace. His max speed before he can’t handle the G forces is a thrilling 180 mph. As he sped up to 120 mph, He became a streak of light. Everything was a blur. He then turned vertical and spiraled up in the sky. At 15000 feet, he quickly stopped, and streaked back down to earth.
He was having the time of his life. As he was doing his tricks, little did he know that down below, covered by bushes, that someone was watching him…
Chapter 2
Xeno soared through the air. The sky was clearing of the grey clouds. Though the sun shown through the clouds now, you can never know what will be in store next. Just as Xeno was making a turn home after his flight, an unknown object burst through the clouds. The shock sent Xeno twirling out of control down to earth. He was losing altitude. The object turned and came rushing down towards him. As the object came closer, Xeno realized that it was a person that also had flying powers. Xeno’s jaw dropped in awe and disbelief.
He thought, “What? Another flying human? Another person like him? How? In his life he had never seen another like him. But now, one was rushing towards him!” The human equaled Xeno’s speed down. Now they were side by side. From the blur of the speed, he could make out some features of the human. Tan skin, brownish hair, but now everything was too blurred to make out.
He plummeted to the earth. Wish a huge bang, Xeno crashed down to earth. He left a big crater. All he could do open a slit of his eyes. His vision was really blurry. He saw the human descend and come towards him. He could only know one thing: his body hurt everywhere. The human took out a cloth and placed it over his mouth and nose. The smell was full of ammonia. Next thing he knew was everything getting dark. And just like that, he blacked out…
Chapter 3
A white hooded human was standing on top of a hill. All around him there was destruction, fire, and chaos. He gazed all around him. He spotted a black hooded human in the midst of the destruction, getting back up. The sky turned red. A breeze blew the hood off. The human had sky blue eyes. His hair was a spiky brown hair. He had an X scarred on his left cheek. He looked up in the sky. A bright light shot down from heaven upon him. He lifted his hands up in the air and started floating up. The black hooded human had a blazing fire arise all around him. The huge powers shook the earth. A huge battle had begun…
Xeno woke up with a start. He moaned. His whole body ached tremendously. He couldn’t feel his arms or feet, much less his face. He lay back down. Looking around him, He knew he wasn’t at any home he knew of, not even the hospital. The place looked more of a building comprised for high tech research. He saw pulses of blue energy zigzagging on the walls. There were numerous doors leading to who knows where. The room he saw he was in was what looked like the MediFC, or Medical Facility.
Just then, a door to right slid up to open. A group of people came through and stopped at the doorway. Xeno was confused. Then someone came through the group. It was the same person he saw fly up towards him. It was the same person that he saw as he blacked out. He didn’t know him when he was flying, but it was the same person he saw almost everyday. “Yo! What’s up bro!” the person said. It was his brother. Vale.
Chapter 4
“Wha…what!? Vale? What are you...I mean how are you…WHAT!?” Xeno exclaimed.
“Yeah I know, I should have told you sooner.” Vale said
“How did this happen, I mean...this is so –”
“Bizarre?”
“Yeah…who, and what, are you guys people?”
“Well I guess you deserve an explanation…
So as you can see, we are a group of people. I’ve kept this secret from our family too long, and its time I told you. I, like you, can fly, like you saw before. I must say, your skills are great, but you need some practice. Before I go into that though, let me introduce you to the group.”
Vale pointed to a big Japanese guy at the right.
“This is Daichi. He is a master, and when I say master, I mean he’s the best of the best. He is the master of earth.”
“Yo man, how ya doin’?” Daichi said.
Vale then pointed to an Italian guy next.
“This is Fiamme. He is the master of fire.”
“Hi.” Fiamme said.
“He doesn’t talk much.”
Vale then pointed to a cute Japanese girl next.
“This is Hanako. She is the master of Psychic/Telekinetic powers, and her name means “Flower”.
Vale then hugged her.
“She is the prettiest thing around.”
“Ha ha. I see she’s your girlfriend.” Xeno said.
Hanako giggled.
“He he, yes I am!” Hanako said.
Xeno smiled.
“Good for you, Vale.”
“Thanks.” Vale said embarrassed a little.
“There are five of us, excluding you, but –”
“Wait, five?” Xeno questioned. “There are only four of us.”
“Yes I know,” Vale said, “But one of us has gone missing. Her name is Rani, and she went out since this morning when it rained. We haven’t been able to contact her. As part of the team, your first mission will be to search for her, I would myself, but I need to stay and research. The introduction to everything else will take place later.”
“But I’m still sore from yesterday.” Xeno said.
“We’ll fix that.”
Hanako, Daichi, and Fiamme came up to Xeno. They all placed their hands on top of Xeno’s chest. Suddenly, Xeno felt all the pain and soreness melt away. The powers of earth, fire, and Telekinetic powers melded into one powerful curing spell. In no time, Xeno was up and about, felling warm inside.
“So, now that I’m good, I’ll go out and start my mission.”
Xeno put on his sunglasses.
“Before I go, since I’m part of the team, will you tell me who we are?”
“We,” said Vale, “Are the one, and only, Wielders of Heaven.”
Chapter 5
Xeno soared up high. He had mixed feelings on what happened in the past few hours. On one side, he was excited that he was now part of one of the most legendary group in history, the Wielders of Heaven. On the other side, he was confused. He thought to himself, “Why’d they choose me? Why not someone else?” He shook it out of his mind. They would tell him after he completed his mission. His mission. He was to find a girl that was named Rani. “How am I supposed to find a girl that I don’t even know how she looks like or what her power is?”
He looked below. There was nothing standing out except a lake on the right. Everything else was a forest, with mountains out in the distance. He looked closer into the lake. There was a person in the middle of the lake.
“Is that her?”
He flew down to get a better look. He landed beside the lake, and he walked over to a bush to look.
What he saw, was not a human, it was an angel. It was Rani. She was walking in the center of the lake, her hair streaming behind her with the wind. Xeno stared in awe. He couldn’t take his eyes off her. She was so beautiful. Her black hair and her pinkish cheeks were radiant. Her blue eyes were as sparkling as water. She was wearing a beautiful blue dress. She looked about Xeno’s age. She stopped at the center of the lake. A white daisy floated to her on the water. She looked at it and the water brought it up to her like another hand. She closed her eyes, picked it up and smelled it.
Then she started talking in a joyful voice, “You can come out now. You don’t need to stare.”
Xeno came out of the bushes. He was embarrassed that she saw him. He walked to the shore of the lake and flew to Rani.
“Um, are you…Rani?”
“Yes. And who are you?”
“I’m Xeno. Your part of the Wielders of Heaven right? I’m the new person in the group. I don’t know why or what I’m doing there, but I hoped they could tell me after. They sent me to find you.”
“I see.”
“Yeah…”
“Ha…I know, its hard standing in front of the most beautiful person you’ve seen in your whole life right?”
“Wha…What?”
Rani smiled.
“I’m joking. Well then, I guess we should go then. You go ahead. You’ll get there faster than me, since you can fly and all.”
Xeno shook his head.
“O, no, it’s ok. Here I’ll help you.”
Xeno swooped her off her feet, and held her. He then started climbing altitude and soared away.
“See? It’s no problem. I’ll get you back safe and sound.”
Rani laughed.
“First time and your already in awe…”
Xeno was dumbfounded.
“Huh?”
“Never mind.”
Rani looked up at the sky. She was tired and the air was soothing. She closed her eyes and rested he head on Xeno’s arms. In a while, she went to sleep.
Chapter 6
Xeno flew through the air once more. He loved flying, but now, with such a beautiful person in his arms, his feelings were…indescribable. He shook the thought off his head. It was like love at first sight, but he couldn’t get that thought right now. “Later, after I’ve known her more…Later…” he thought. He flew the way he came from. He had forgotten to ask them where the base was.
Just then, he had a voice in his head come out, and he knew it wasn’t his. “Xeno…this is our base…be sly… the enemy might be watching.” the voice said.
He then received an image of the base. It was white, really noticeable when it is surrounded by a forest of trees. Except, there was one problem. The base: it had an invisibility cloak. Really high tech, Xeno examined. No one could see it except the people that it covered. Once you were outside, you would need a special “key” to use the base.
“How am I supposed to get in there?” Xeno thought.
He was so frustrated. “Why send me a picture of an invisible thing!?” He thought.
Then he suddenly was filled with light. He closed his eyes. The power of teleportation filled him. He opened his eyes. He suddenly knew how to use teleportation. He thought about the base. Then, he focused on the picture. With two fingers, just enough to still hold Rani, he touched his forehead. There was a rush of wind, and just like that, he was at the base.
He was surprised.
“What…just…happened?”
Then he felt a rush of fatigue. He almost fainted, but he gained control before he dropped Rani. He shook the fatigue away, and went through the silver door.
Chapter 7
As he went through, the group was waiting for him. They were standing at the end of the hallway. Xeno handed Rani over to Hanako.
“I’ll put her in her room so she can sleep.” Hanako said.
“Yeah…o.k.” Xeno answered.
“Welcome back bro!” Vale exclaimed.
“Thanks’… now, you tell me, what the heck happened?”
“Right ok…well let’s get to the meeting room first.”
The group walked to the meeting room. The room was oval shaped, and there were stairs going down a little way. There was an oval shaped table in the middle, with two chairs on the sides, and a chair at the end. The walls were lit up one by one, with lights coming on one by one from bottom to top. You couldn’t see the roof, because it was so high.
Hanako came back, and once everyone sat down, Vale went on.
“Ok. So, you know we called you. But we didn’t just call you because you’re my bro or anything. We called you, because you, Xeno, are the only one that can save us: and maybe even save the world. You might have noticed that you gained a new power on the way here.”
“Yeah….how did you know I could do that?”
“We really didn’t. We knew you could, but didn’t know how. You are the only person in the world that can wield all the powers ever known to man, and ones that are yet to be discovered. After that, you can’t wield anymore powers. But once you wield al the powers, you will be virtually the most powerful person in the world. You know about the Immortals right?”
“Yeah.”
“Well, the leader, you might not know, is a guy named Eon. He is almost as powerful as you are Xeno, and all we know he can do is absorb powers like you, but with one side effect: he can only absorb powers from people, and once he does, well, the people die. Now, we know that since he absorbs powers form other people, he’s out to capture you and kill you. Once that happens, he will be unstoppable. So Xeno, you have the whole world at you hands, and you can help us save it all. Once you awaken all your powers, you will be ready to face him.”
“Vale…I don’t know, I mean, since he’s out to get me, shouldn’t I just stay here?”
“No man, we’ll train you, and you can fight with us, and as we venture on, your powers will become stronger. So Xeno, the question is, are you ready?”
Xeno looked down. His powers will be able to save everyone he cares for, that is, the people in the world. He would need to train and will have a lot to worry for, but he was the only one that could do it.
He looked back up.
“Ok, I’ll do it.”
Everyone cheered.
“Ok then,” Vale said, “As of now…you will be…the new leader of the Wielders of Heaven.”
Vale went to a vault. He placed his hand on it, and the vault opened. He took out a blue watch; it was the same like everyone else’s, but it was different, as it could open anything in the base. Vale put it on Xeno.
“Vale,” Xeno said, “Are you serious?”
“Yeah, once we train you, you’ll be the best leader this group has had.”
“…Thank you…everyone.”
Everyone smiled.
“So Xeno, tomorrow morning, we will start your training. Depending on how fast you learn, you’ll have a whole year’s worth of training done in a day, with the help of out special gadgets. So, Xeno, rest up!”
“Ok…but first, Hanako, where is my room?”
“O, we got it ready this morning. There will be a door with the letter X. just used your watch, hold it up and the door will open.”
“Ok, and one more thing, where’s Rani’s room? Just want to check up on her.”
Of course, he wanted to do more than that.
“It’s the room Next to yours, with the letter R.”
“Ok”
He got up. He couldn’t wait to tell her what happened. He also wanted to know her more, because she was so pretty.
As he got close to the door, the group stood up.
“To our leader!” They shouted.
They all raised their hands and put a fist on their chest.
Xeno smiled.
“Thank you.”
And he went out the door.
Chapter 8
Xeno was thinking in what happened just now. He was in shock that he already was the new leader, of a group who was only heard in legends and was never really seen in real life. So much happened today…
He walked to Rani’s room. Her door was opened, so he looked inside. She was on top of her sheets, wearing pink pajamas. She was awake, and was looking up at the roof of the room. She saw his shadow at the corner of her eye, and in a quiet voice, she talked.
“Hey, Xeno?” Rani said.
“Yeah?” Xeno questioned.
“Did you carry me all the way here?”
“Mostly, yes.”
“I see…you like me don’t you?”
“Um…well…now I don’t…what I want to say is…”
Rani laughed.
“O.k., don’t hurt yourself.”
“Yeah, Ok.”
“Well, don’t just stand there.”
“Sorry.”
“Jeez, there are some things I don’t understand about you.”
Xeno went into the room, found a chair at a desk and brought it over to the bed to sit.
“Well, I thought I knew myself too, but I guess not.”
Rani was confused.
“What?”
Xeno told her the whole speech if Vale’s, how he was the one to save the world, and how he haw now, the new leader of the Wielders of Heaven.
Then, Rani said, “Well….”
She got off the bed and stood up behind Xeno. He turned around.
“Good job, sir!”
Xeno laughed so much he rolled off the chair onto the floor.
“O my god! Hahahaha!”
Rani smirked. She went up to Xeno and kicked him.
“Oww! What was that for?”
She went back to the bed and sat down.
“It’s to help you get a hold of yourself, sir.”
Xeno smirked.
“Ok…sorry.”
“Jeez…”
The all of a sudden, Rani jumped Xeno. He fell down back on the ground.
“Ahhh! What are you…..GAAA!”
Rani giggled.
“Eat this!!!”
They struggled to beat the other. Rani was punching Xeno, and, Xeno on the other hand, couldn’t do much. After a long time of struggling, they stopped. Both then started laughing. Then, Xeno got up.
“Well, I guess I better get going.”
“Yeah, ok.”
Xeno walked to the door, but just then, right in front of Rani, he tripped. He fell, right on top of Rani. Rani was shocked.
“Ah…dang, I tripped.”
Xeno opened his eyes, and right there in front of him, Rani. They were right in front of each other.
Then Xeno said, “Rani…”
“Xeno…”
Just then, the group went by the door. They saw Xeno and Rani on the floor, in an awkward position.
“Whoa there, Xeno, too early!” Vale said.
Then Xeno and Rani quickly got up.
“Vale, it’s not what it looks like, I tripped and then…”
Vale laughed.
“Yeah ok…”
“No serious.”
“Yeah, sure, I believe you!”
“Vale!”
Xeno turned back to Rani.
“Well I really better get going.”
She blushed.
“Yeah, ok.”
Then Xeno went up to the group and pushed them out the door. He went out the door, but then came back. He saluted and said,
“See you tomorrow!”
“Ok.”
Then he left. Rani closed the door. She was just thinking about what happened. It was a fun moment, turned romantic. Actually, she liked Xeno too. He was handsome, and her age. She climbed on her bed, and fell asleep on the thoughts.
