Within in the middle of nowhere, lived a Clan which is home of many many wolves, their Queen has given birth to a litter of 18 healthy wolf pups, they squeaked and squealed calling out to their mother, she nurses them carefully and gently snuggles close to them, keeping them nice and warm, as she waited for her husband to come back from hunting, she began to spread out a few new laws which will improve the Clan better than ever, a guard comes in the royal tent and begins to talk with the Queen. "Are you sure you don't need more warm blankets your highness?" The guard asks, "I think I will be fine with these enough blankets, thank you for asking." the Queen replied, licking her pups.
Few minutes later, the King arrives back home with enough food for the night, as he finishes passing out food for everyone in the village, he then goes into the tent to see his wife and their newborn pups. He was surprised at first but then his surprised expression turns into a smile, nuzzles his love and lays by her side. "I hope I didn't worry you..." the King whispers softly in the Queen's ear, "Oh no dear, you were right on time." she softly smiled, murring. The King and Queen begin to start to slowly fall asleep. But it wasn't long until hyenas from the Hyena Clan started to invade and kill many many innocent wolves, stealing their newborn pups, as the King and Queen woke up to hearing shouting outside, they were shocked of what they saw, then a hyena appears out of nowhere and two others attack the King, he fought back but then he stopped as one of them made his wife's life in danger, then they slowly gather up their pups one by one but as soon as they were gathering the 18th pup, it magically starts to glow, placing a curse on the hyena, bringing it fear and pain.
All the hyenas begin to flee back to their clan, hearing about what has happened... The Queen wept many tears as for the loss of her wonderful pups... she gently brings the remaining pup close to her and nurses it. "This is mad... if only those hyenas could stop terrorizing our clan and stealing the clan's pups... those horrible beings... turning them into insane killers..." The King said grumbling "Dear, I will be right back, I must help the guards to check for any survivors, ok?" as he nuzzled his wife and then steps out of the royal tent. The Queen did nothing but watch him leave the tent, she whispered and licked her pup saying "I... wonder why he was spared... was there something dangerous emerging soon?... I will never know..." she begins to lay down and snuggle close to her remaining pup.
A few months later, it was the day that the pup was old enough to open his eyes, as the King and Queen watched, they were shocked in fear, the pup's eyes were Red! "I knew it... he possesses powers... dangerous powers..." The King said, "Even if so... he shall still live here... plus he is next in li--" the Queen gets interrupted, by the King yelling "NONSENSE!!! We will not have our son, possessed by something dangerous rule our clan! When he is old enough to survive on his own... he must leave or he may become killed..." The King storms off into a small room, the Queen gently licks her pup, at the same time, begins to tear. "If only you were a normal wolf... I would be so amazed about how strong you will be when you grow up..." The Queen whispers, snuggling her pup, then starts to fall into a deep sleep.
