There are four new summons in the Summon Thread. They don't have people that you can learn them from, thus you must learn them in the Afterlife.

Ladies and Gentlemen. I have been given (had been) the offical deputy for the Curse Seal. Any Requests will have to go through me and I will determine wether or not you will get one. Seeing that a whole lot of people were thinking of getting one, I had changed some of the wording around and make it that you had to be the strongest nin in your clan because if it was genin, there would be to many of them running around with Curse Seals on their bodies, jumping around and randomly killing people. Reason why is because after a Gennin goes to be a chunnin, the spot is open, yet again, for another RPer to get the seal. So, I say again, all requests go through me. Have a nice day.

Everyone is always begging for a chance to create jutsus for a village. So now I'm giving everyone a chance to. The Shadow Village has been without any techniques for quite some time. Everyone has been asking me to create some, but I can only come up with so many without coming up with jutsu that I plan to create as my made-ups. So here is the deal. Everyone can submit created jutsus to me via private messaging, and I'll pick the few that I like, then they'll be added to the village. I might even throw in a small reward if the jutsu is a good enough idea.
