New characters will show up if/when we want to make them available. Some characters may temporarily (or permanently) be unavailable for roleplay. We can't tell you if or when a unavailable npc will become available, or we'd be spoiling the surprise! If a character created by staff is not on the list, they are to be considered unavailable.

Please don't come to staff asking for US to give you a plot, or with a plot of 'my character to just hang out and chat with X'. NPC roleplays should be for your character's personal growth and development, and relate specifically to what that NPC can bring to the table. While in an ideal world we'd love to fluff rp, we just don't have the time! This thread is not for requesting a specific NPC for your growths, that should be included in the growth information.
Staff-run NPCS cannot become quadrant mates with player characters. Staff-run NPC roleplay will never be exclusive to one player character, your troll is not guaranteed exclusive access to a NPC. Roleplay with an unavailable character might become optional in highly situational circumstances, based off past roleplays. Ie: NPC is in hiding but will take visits from known allies.
NPC roleplays, unlike growths, are not guaranteed and if staff need to place them on hold or temporarily close availability please understand and be patient. If you drop a roleplay with one npc without finishing it, you will most likely not be given another.
All NPCs unless stated otherwise are ancestor stage trolls, fully geared up with masterwork weapons and at least two artifacts. Unless staff makes the offer, please don't ask us to wound/kill your character. Your character will not be able to kill NPCs, sorry. That's our job.
