In Kanto you'll have some fun trying to catch the Pokemon starters include
bulbasaur who evolves into ivysaur, then the next stage is where the vines really rage, you got him fully trained as a venesaur.
Still looking for more choose Charizard to start your game, and watch how its flame ignites, given his opponents a chard vision of sight. The next step he becomes is one, even more, fun as can be seen on tv he's a charmeleon with a feisty tude still nothing compared to his next stage where he clearly has untamable rage since his final form is Charizard his moves leaving an inferno waking its path.

Surely you will have a blast with choice number three its squirtle who has a torrent blast ability, going into the evolution of wartortle for him helps you have the hidden ability to dish out some rain leaving your opponent in pain. The third form surely has some blast as it is blastoise, carrying cannons on its back dishing pain to any pokemon in his way.

Moving onto things you can catch in generation one seems rather fun you'l come across more then you expected to be in store for.
We have caterpie, metapod, butterfree, weedle, and there's more instore for the bug type you heard me right we continue the saga with a barage of them, here are more buggy type friends;
kakuna beedrill.

Flying your way in the game comes to some birds you might have heard of there's pidgey, pidgeotto, and pidgeot the ones who help you fly from place to place when you seem to be on a journey and need to get there in a quick haste.

Then hidden is the grasss is that little rattata which changes into raticate hide the pokebait. Look into the sky what happened to just fly by a spearow, no wait its the evloved form fearow thats just great.

Something slithered across my leg when i turned my head it was ekans no doubt for sure, he turns into something bigger I've heard that its an arbok.

Surely the list does not stop for you see next on scene is pikachu, raichu and sandshrew,sandsllash, and will you look at that a nidoran appeared growing in size to arise and become nidorino , and then finally a nidoking, his female counterparts being that of nidorina, and nidoqueen.

onto the fairy realm we go looking to and fro, its a clefairy no wait it evolved whats this a cleffable, aw so cute vulpix just arrived i think perhaps its hand nuzzling time.

Look at the horizon your in for a surprise when you see the ninetails stand proud, and out in the crowd. jiggly puff so silly always singing and doodling on stuff, wait he become a wiggly tuff, that makes it rougher as now he will slap you awake isn't that just a lovely alarm clock to have.

Sleeping under the stars sounds like it has more charm but there zooms past a zubat, golbat, and you rolled over onto an oddish thinking it was just a clump of grass. Now that gloom appeared you know your in trouble for he has a venomous spore to knock you out, I guess its better then what a vilepume will do to you.

Looking along the waterline I see something with an awesome shell design it's a paras and he will grow into a parasect him not sure what one I like best.
I can hear in the distance a call of a venonat , and floating by a venomoth tries to brush the little bugger off.

Fell into a whole, out pops a diglette, and when I peeked inside again a dugtrio appeared looks like he has two other friends. I personally prefer the companionship of a meowth or a persian that seems like a rather nice fit.

Entry:
Pokemon at your waist, ready to go, you leave your home.
What do you expect to come across first - a legend perhaps?
A wish and a dream that is...for reality is - a rattata.
For you see, the first steps out of Pallet town are filled with the same things.
Many a rattata and pidgey do swarm and fill this area.
By the time you leave you'll wish never to see them again - ever.

But soon more more join that list - weevil and caterpie, kakuna and metapod.
Bugs and more bugs will fill you with dread.
Every step is another one with no end in sight.

Finally though - a break. Something new.
Maybe this time you won't drown in them.
Of course...that is not meant to be.

By the time the first gym comes you wonder how you've made it, if you have a team worthy.
With pidgey and spearo, kakuna and metapod you really do wonder but perhaps that charmander will win the day.
It's the only odd one in the bunch - the only one to stand out.

Rock and ground - how do you win? What do you need?
These birds won't work - flying is weak to rock. Fire too.
Maybe you should have gotten that squirtle. Water against rock - it would win.


Defeated....

Time to find some grass types, maybe some water as well. They'll help - a lot.

So something odd happened to me and I live to tell
of the time I got attacked by a Victreebel.
It grew mad at me you see
because I tried to catch its friend Butterfree.
Leaves like razor blades cut deep
And I had to run blindly to avoid the powdered sleep.

For all my trouble what did happen next
I happened to walk into a Beedrill nest.
Poison stings hurt like a b***h
And being tripped up by multiple Weedle
I ended up stumbling into a ditch
I scrambled out alive but in need of serious rest.

I used an antidote to bring relief to the pain
and thought of going Magikarp fishing again.
I tossed my line into the water and to my surprise
A Gyarados instead decided to eye the prize
It bit down hard and destroyed my line
I grew outraged and let my pokeball fly.

A small mouse of yellow did appear
Electric type and too cute to bear
My voice was firm as I gave it a command.
"Pikachu, make it pay, thunderbolt now,"
It didn't hesitate to execute my demand,
Gyarados bellowed in pain as electricity rained down
It fell over, dazed and confused
as I recalled my Pikachu.
With no time to spare I acted without haste
I let loose with another pokeball plucked from my waist.

Gyarados was captured and I shouted in glee
Only to disturb the Marowak hiding behind a tree
A club of bone smacked into my knee
before returning to its sender
who glared menacingly at me.
I clutched at my injury and crumpled to the ground

Knowing that I now needed to get away
It was Jigglypuff that ended up saving the day
The pink pokemon with a penchant for song
Let loose with with something that sounded so very wrong
As the clarion notes rang through the air
I felt my eyes close and knew without a doubt
that this was truly a nightmare.

I woke in my bed and clutched a pillow to my chest
Dreading the morning and the true real test.
It would be the start of my pokemon odyssey.
Would any part of my dream really come true?
That dear reader is up to you.

I just can't get enough

Though there's so much more to say

How can you know the beauty Of the joto region unless you try?
Will the legendary birds be your salvation or your undoing?
How can you ever know if you don't brave the mysteries of the unknown?
How will you reach your potential unless you face down the Mewtwo?
The only way to be the very best there ever was is trust your head.
Would you let the snorlax rest?
Or go for the pokeflut to get to your next region?
Will you run from the entei?
Or face the fires of charizard to gain a loyal companion?
Trade with a sauirtle squad and find your greatest ally?
Or learn the starter who terrorized you will be your greatest friend.
Only Uxie can know these secrets before they are told.
Celebs can know before it happens but along you can make it so.

These wonders are the life I choose.
To learn of things long thought lost like aerodactyl
To find the joy Cresselia's feathers bestow
For the love the nurse Joys hold for their patients
A world full of secrets even professor oak may never know
The land of secrets and where Shaymin dwells
The legendary beasts are there to learn
A land of beauty even a millotic can never achieve
These are the dreams I share with my eevee
For we two have the same potential to change depending on the evolve stone used
An untapped potential even a magikarp can never know from evolving

New things to discover everyday such as the fairy type
New depths to delve with dudtrio's help
The heights Pidgeot go won't scare me away
I'll have more fire and passion than a blaziken's flames
Nerves of stronger steel than Metagross
And a depth a wailord can know
This is my dream and my vow
I'll be the very best there ever was
Every gym will know my name
I'll be better than the elite four
And as this world goes on my dreams will be fulfilled
I'll see a Lugia and touch a Absol
And learn what Raquaza guards

For every season has a connection
And I'll learn all these connections
To learn the heart of each Pokémon
And get to see the family bonds
Learn the things the breeders know
For all the 720 can't be the only ones
Each new region each new friend
The master ball will be the best
But a pokeball will still hold my truest companion
For without my starter I'd never have my own start

Poke Trip

So many Pokémon for me to see,
Including that Pidgey flying free.
Catching and training them all is my test,
If I want to be the very best.

My Pikachu is sitting in a tree,
He is having quite a laugh at me.
How was I supposed to know,
That the Rattata was a Ditto?

I see a Lapras swimming in the lake,
Also Seel, Goldeen, and more friends to make.
In the grass are other Pokémon too,
Bulbasaur, Oddish, and Skiploom to name a few.

Suddenly the melody of a Jigglypuff fills the air,
Though I must remember to beware.
If her beautiful song knocks me out,
There will be doodles on my face all about.

I have a sudden need to flee,
As a Haunter comes too close to me.
It becomes even worse,
Seeing Ghastly, Sableye, and Misdreavus.

I have no need to fear,
When a Houndoom decides to come near.
An Umbreon, Mightyena, and Absol too,
Protecting me is what they want to do.

It is now time to get back to work,
Finding Pokémon wherever they lurk.
Catching Pokemon takes skill and luck,
Whether Ninetails, Cyndaquil, or Psyduck.

Maybe if I show I am good enough,
I can show the legendaries my stuff.
For Latias, Celebi, and Mew I yearn,
Though their loyalty I must earn.

The bond of my team can’t be beat,
No matter the challenge that we meet.
To catch a Mewtwo would be the best,
Putting us above all the rest.

In Kanto is where you started
Proved you were the most stout-hearted
Hangin' out with a Pikachu an' Eevee
Jus' knowin' Charmander was it me.
Gotta grind out that Karp to level twenty
Cuz Gyrados you know, was far from runty.
Lookin' out for Rockets who be blastin' off again
And beatin' every gym, cuz I just gotta win!
Got badges galore and my coin case is full
I'll be grand champion while you're sittin' at school.
Caught every legendary, even that one that's a glitch,
Crashed out my game ain't that a--

A quick trip took me to Johto on my journey,
Hearin' they had even more Pokemon tournies.
Had a real hard choice between 'quil, 'rita an' Tododile,
But my heart went to the little crocodile.
Hangin' out in cities named after trees,
Chasin' after dogs that run with the breeze.
Ho-oh and Lugia they ain' no slouch
I'm chuckin' balls at them while sittin' on the couch!
Rockets again! Man don't they quit?
Irritatin' the Lake a' Rage ain' that some--!
Now Slowpoke yawned an' it's startin' to rain!
Time to move on and figure out my Hoenn main!

Hoenn is kickin with primal battles
Rayquaza dishin' out those hind end pattles!
Regigigas took a nap after movin' the continents with ease,
An' in Hoenn were sealed away it's three legendary keys.
Got brand new balls so I change up my style,
Throwin' Timer Balls after it's been awhile.
Got abilities now an' gotta get the best one,
Repeat Balls it easy in the long run!
I just gotta compete at the Battle Frontier
Still provin' that I got nothin' to fear.
Havin' rematches makes levelin' a breeze,
I'll be level one hundred before you can sneeze.

Gotta get to Sinnoh even though it moves slow,
But it's the birthplace of everything you know.
Arceus makin' Guardians of Space an' Time,
An' Giritina got the boot for tryin' to smack them into slime.
This has place got plenty of myths and lore to explore,
My mind is blown like Lucario kickin' in a door.
Pickin' jus' one is gonna be such a pill,
Turtwig, Chimchar and Piplup have all got skill.
An' strange things will happen around Mt. Coronet
Team Galactic and Cyrus will think it's match and set!
Now everything's lookin' a little Black and White
Time to get to Unova I just know it will be tight.

Now to get to this place was quite a trip,
But Oshwatt, Tepig and Snivy were ready to zip.
Now Unova's history can't get any breaks,
Two brothers split their dragon an' seems to be a mistake.
Meanwhile destruction from Thundurus and Tornadus used to rain down
But that really made Landorus frown.
A fire broke out an' nearly burned the whole wood,
But the Swords of Justice made it all good!
This place is crazy with it's Plasma King,
But the gym leaders stepped up and gave his sages a zing.
The world's gettin' deep an' there's plots abound,
Let's see what's comin' the next time around!

Landed in Kalos with it's European flare,
Place makes me think of France with that tower over there.
This time around pickin' one is super easy,
Fennekin got it all, makin' the game real breezy.
I'm skatin' around and doin' all the tricks,
Even Gym Leader Corrina thinks I'm sick!
Gotta mega evolve, and get everyone,
You think it's a game and only for fun?
I Quick Balled Xerneas an' saved the world,
While you were still strugglin' with the burns Lysandre hurled!
Man, all this work an' I could use a vacation!
Alola you say? I'm down for an island nation.

Right off the bat my mind is blown!
No gyms, no leaders? I'm outta my zone!
So I'll take your island challenges an' still prove I'm the best!
I'm a Pokemon Master, an' greater than the rest!
You can't keep me down, even when you change it up,
My Rowlet's got moves that will make you say "Wha!?"
I'm gonna rise to the top and be the very first,
Kukui ain' got time for those that ain' versed!
My Pokedex is maxed an' my team is on point,
We can take you on single, triple or joint!
I've got every shiny and maxed IV's,
I'm ready for what's next, bring it on, baby!
