The wide sprawling pathways of this entertainment complex are a little congested tonight, as trolls stop and gather around the bright, bouncing, glittery and attention grabbing Superstar Authority booth. The lights dancing out of the smooth chitin plated sides of the structure reflect off the wide domed window that it's set in front of, drawing even the most glitter-jaded of pedestrians as they pass by. The aggressively catchy tune of the Superstar Authority theme song blasts out loudly in an attempt to drown the music played by the complex's own speakers, and trolls near the booth have to shout to be heard. With opened and unopened boxes of cheap but attractive free merchandise stacked behind a few sharp eyed security drones, even trolls uninterested in the whole event are stopping by to try and grab something for no cost. However, most at least stop to try and have a few seconds of chatter with the center of attention, the troll in the center of the booth.
A few trolls in Superstar Authority branded clothing circle the crowd, passing pre-signed swag out to the crowd.A siren's song floats in the air, heavily autotuned and blasting from a speaker. It seems to be a cover of another artist's song with some of the sections rapped. The SHEshell booth lights up the surrounding area with a powerful light-up ocean themed throne that serves as a photo op space for visitors. There are lines for trolls to get a chance to pose on the throne or with a light up jellyfish umbrella (with or without a SHEshell member). Scorpa and Flydra greet visitors with mischievous smiles, dolled up as glamorously as they can be in designer swimsuits and jewelry. Catch them by the giant wall of available sunglasses and they might pick out a special pair just for you!
Pitchers of watermelon-flavored juice are available next to the shot glasses for thirsty trolls! If you want to fill a water bottle instead, that's fine too. All of the tables are covered in tablecloths with the JROTC acronym written all over them in bold letters. There is also a sign-up sheet for anyone interested in joining the JROTC as a mentor or a junior. Trolls of all ages are accepted!
This booth is in Civisect!

Civilians If you want to pick up an item, use the code below along with min 100 words of rp. Special requests are not guaranteed to be granted, so if they are not, assume you got your item from one of the booth helpers rather than the idol, and was not able to ask for the specific request.
[quote="Yamashii or Doutei"][b]Oooh! Please! I want one of those! Competitors & Sponsors You can improve the crowd's like for you and your chances of making a big splash (ie winning) by answering requests from civilians. While competitors should be ideally taking as many requests as they can handle, sponsors can also help ease the workload by fielding care of requests that they can logically take care of (ie request for custom signing; can rp 'passing the request along'. request for a photo; 'i'm better to look at, take a photo with me instead!'). Once a competitor or sponsor has replied to a request it can be considered complete, no more posts are necessary from a game mechanics pov (though further roleplay is fine if desired).

Doutei Oooh! Please! I want one of those! Name: StaticSwag: A glossy colour poster of SHEshell's Scorpa and Flydra striking a pose for the camera. Request:Draw a big bulls-eye on it, so he can practice throwing darts at it. (also a signature, maybe a special message, but hes not gonna say that out loud!)
Static was feeling a little overwhelmed by the big crowd, the noises, and really all of it. He was slowly learning that he was a bit of an introvert, and this entire event was quite exhausting. He felt a jolt of energy tho, when he heard a voice he recognized. Was that... that yellowblood? Static stood frozen a good twenty feet from the yellowblood Scorpa's booth, not really sure how he was feeling. He felt, odd, like part of him was aflame with some sort of rivalry feeling, meanwhile the other part of him wanted to avoid her. She was such a jerk! Why would he want to go over to her?! For some reason the blueblood's feet moved him over to the booth, and in a burst of bravery he picked out a poster, and slapped in on the table in front of Scorpa. "I, uh, um, A bulls-eyes. Draw me a bulls-eye on it." Static managed to say. He was petrified. What was he doing?! Asking for a picture of her and then a bulls-eye on it? What message was he trying to send? The blueblood's eyes went down to his feet, urging them to move, but another part of him stayed, he wanted that poster.

Micillia Oooh! Please! I want one of those! Name: StaticSwag: A glossy colour poster of SHEshell's Scorpa and Flydra striking a pose for the camera. Request:Draw a big bulls-eye on it, so he can practice throwing darts at it. (also a signature, maybe a special message, but hes not gonna say that out loud!) Lazily draped in the photo throne while she waited for more people to come over, Scorpa tried not to yawn while she waited for Lorata to come check on them. She'd spent the first half of the evening on her best behavior but was starting to feel hungry aka grumbly. As much as the yellowblood wanted to dazzle everyone who looked her way, she was also easily annoyed at the lack of proper attention she felt she deserved but wasn't receiving. Impatient as hell, the soldier-in-training had let Flydra handle booth babe work. Until a noise caught her attention and she jumped.
"W-what!" Immediately snapping into better posture, she looked in front of her to see a familiar face. He looked older now and had grown into his features quite nicely. She noted his hair was longer with a smirk. She wasn't the only one with a 'stupid, vain, long' ponytail anymore. Despite their rough start Scorpa had to admit Static looked good. Until he spoke, anyway. Surprised, the girl raised an eyebrow at his request.
"You want a bulls-eye, huh? Fine!" She refused to let him turn this into a target practice, or at least a satisfying one. "Here's so you can practice your aim for the next time we meet!" She uncapped a marker with dramatic force and sass before slamming it down to draw circles. Scorpa wasn't the most artistically inclined so they came out a little more oval in shape but she handed it over with a flourish after signing it.
Also scribbled at the bottom corner of the poster were the words, 'Kiss my a**!' And indeed, the rings appeared to be centered around Scorpa's derriere on the poster.

Static frowned at the poster as he picked it up. Of course, she had drawn the bulls-eye on her own butt. The blueblood struggled internally about what to do with the poster he should not have really asked for. Half of himself wanted to rip it up, right in front of the yellowblood. Another half of him wanted to make a really cool comeback, like, "Now i can kick your a** with darts, and then ill do it for real in a fight!" The blueblood narrowed his eyes at the yellowblood girl. A fight would be pretty cool, and, he thought sizing her up, he could totally take her, probably, maybe, no he defiantly could! "So is this some way of, um, uh telling me you want me to kick your a**?" Static managed. It had sounded so much cooler in his head. "Cuz if your looking for a fight, well, i could, um," He could mess up her hair with his electricity, the boy thought to himself, but that sounded like a weird comeback, so he left it open, opting instead to roll up the poster and bob the girl with it on the head.

The two Mirrims had been observing the Superstar Authority set-up and early festivities from their penthouse in Civisect City. It had been a fascinating, glittering, noisy affair. All of the best stuff was in Civisect. Bloodfest, the Space Tower, the ruins of the Space Tower. Lots of things to explore. And, lots of swag to grab.
Reisio was putting the finishing supplies into their backpack. Misting bottle, lunch, beetles, moonscreen, emergency flare, adventuring kit. “Oisier, are we ready to go?” They called. Flatparent floated gracefully towards the door.
--
One of the most gaudy, royal booths lit up and attracted Reisio’s eye (and ears) immediately. The perfect siren’s song – lights, sounds, and juice. “Let’s go over there.” Mumbled the blueblood, already walking with both arms clutching the straps of their backpack towards the women’s booth.
“Hello, I –“ Something wiggly distracted the child. Reisio stopped and looked at the Dancing Chick for a while.

The train ride from Chittentown to Civisect was as long as ever, but there'd been a set of contestants Pan had mentioned that he couldn't quite get out of his head. Was she really some kind of star now? It was something he felt he couldn't entirely believe until he'd seen it for himself. Pan at least was excited to be making the trip, though he didn't know yet exactly who they were going to see. Garand had silently watched him dart here and there, squeaking about each and every Civisect competitor and sponsor he could remember, and then listened to it all over again on the walk over to the booth areas.
As they approached their destination, Pan's rambling paused in surprise. Garand blinked. There was no denying it now. That definitely was Scorpa and Flydra. Now that he was here and had confirmed it for himself, he wasn't entirely sure what else to do. The lusus patted at his horn, pointing towards the souvenirs, and it hit him then. The things he'd gotten from the other booths, the stars had signed them with messages to him. Had written his name.
He moved forward enough to grab one of the posters and then turned immediately to approach Scorpa. This would do it, right? This would make her remember it.

Yamashii Oooh! Please! I want one of those! Name: Deimos SomnusSwag: Perfume Request: tell me about your arm
Somehow in his quest to track Cerpin down, Deimos had come all the way to Civisect. He knew that at least one of the booths here was sponsored by Underworld, so naturally he must be at one of them... right? By this point he couldn't even remember why he was trying to find the purpleblood. His right leg ached, he was tired, and wanted to go back to his hive. But common courtesy dictated that he should at least say something before leaving. Alas, Cerpin was nowhere to be found.
He did find SHEshell's booth, though. Squinting, the tealblood took a moment to place where he'd seen the two girls manning the booth. No, wait, they were the stars that were the main attraction for the booth weren't they... Slowly he approached, trying not to place too much weight on his aching leg as he did so. Since they both seemed busy at first, he occupied himself with looking at the perfume selection.
He could totally spray some of this in Cerpin's face. The perfect revenge.
A glint of metal on Flydra caught his eye- right, she had a prosthetic too. He waited until there was an opening, then sidled over carefully. "Where did you get your prosthetic done?" Straight to the point. No use in dumb pleasantries when time was short- obviously these two were pretty popular.

"You could what?" Scorpa crossed her arms, meeting Static's gaze. She found herself enjoying the tension, irritated at the fact he was challenging her but also interested in the outcome of it. This blueblood had spunk and while he was annoying he was also fun. As he bopped her on the head with the poster, her eye twitched. Oh he thought he was going to be cute, huh?
"You're on. After this contest, I'll beat you!" The diva hollered. She wouldn't lose to this smug little pigheaded jerk!
"You two will make wonderful soldiers one day!" Scorpa gushed, delighted to have two trolls showing an interest in the JROTC. She found their mirror identical appearance to be intimidating in an enchanting kind of way. It made her want to see what else they could do in unison. Did they have some sort of special link? She considered that they could possibly be clones like that one troll Flydra seemed to want badly for experimentation but then realized their eyes weren't exactly the same so that was out. It was all very intriguing!
"We can't wait to introduce you to the others once the contest is over!" The yellowblood waved, excited. Ooooh Lorata was going to be so proud of them!
"IT'S PAN! Pan pan pan! Oh I missed you!" Scorpa squealed as a figure made it's way over. Jumping up and down, she went around the table to grab at the wind mouse and hugged it tight. Rubbing her face against the soft fur, she nuzzled the lusus. It wasn't clear if she didn't recognize Pan's sounds of distress or didn't care. Burying her face in his belly, she relished and cuddled until she heard someone clear his throat awkwardly.
"Oh, right! Here we'll sign it! From the SHEshells, hugs and kisses, to PAN!" Scorpa grabbed a yellow marker and scribbled a message on the bottom of the poster.
"Oops what? Oh here, to G-R-A-N-D Pan! My bad!" The yellowblood laughed, misunderstanding Garand's request. Gog she knew how to spell, what was his problem?
"Check out the limp on that weirdo." Scorpa began to whisper to Flydra with a snicker before Deimos was even near them. Only when the tealblood began to approach did Scorpa begin to faintly remember him. Wait this was that one kid! From Bloodfest? It looked like he'd grown some since she'd last seen him, though he was still by no means tall. She vaguely wondered if she could still pick him up. Like, obviously she was super strong and all but would it still be as easy as it'd been last time? Only one way to find out.
While Flydra responded to his question, that Scorpa honestly hadn't been paying attention to, the teen slithered around the booth table and crouched down. Once in position, she reached and snatched him up with a cackle. He was practically the same weight, it felt like! Hoisting him over her shoulder once more Scorpa grinned.
"Still got it! Though you seem to be missing something! What the hell happened to you?" The yellowblood tapped his leg, not caring if he protested.
