Also no they do not! Rick's crew was going to be mainly npc-manned to make things easier but I'm more than okay with having another addition to the crew! Just bear in mind it'll be a little difficult for that character to always interact with Resilient Wanderer people xD But go ahead and pm what kind of ideas you have about your Quartermaster for the Hounds of Hell and if they have any backstory with Rick I'm totally available for discussing that
