Profile: Eiylas is the sort of troll who another can depend on. Got a project to do? Hell yeah she's interested in helping! Need to borrow five beetles? Let her get that wallet out! Ely excited to help, and ready to take on whatever tasks this world throws at her. She's bright and carries her presence well, and while she may get lost along the way she will always complete something she takes on. Just give her a little bit to rear herself back to concentration.
Despite this hyper positive, gung-ho outer attitude however...
Ely is a self conscious troll, who is far too aware of the world she lives in. She may have been raised far differently by her two (yes, two) lusii alongside her sibling Chaeng, and may have been raised to disregard the hemospectrum. This girl knows the 'truth' of their world however: she's never expected to match the potential her sibling has. Chaeng was born into purple blood, expected to rule and guide... and she was nothing but a boring green blood. Run of the mill. People treat a greenblood differently from a purpleblood, and even if she herself does not believe entirely in the hemospectrum Ely is willing to place herself on the potential chopping block so that she and Chaeng can live a fairly hassle free life.
She disguises herself as the same hue as Chaeng, using the story of their being siblings as the reason they share the same hue. Life is just easier for purplebloods, and Chaeng is less likely to be picked on if she would just stop saying this inferior green hued troll was her sister and her equal. So in order to keep Chaeng happy and let her lead that dreamy carefree life she became accustomed to, Eiylas took on the role of the great 'sacrifice' without being asked.
Despite her talents, which include the study of plants (just like Chaeng), do-it-yourself style projects for other trolls, and carrying herself through speech, Eiylas has an inferiority complex. She doesn't think much of giving herself to others, her time, her emotional well being, and so on because she doesn't think very much of herself in comparison to Chaeng and others living in Four Fronds. Trolls are worthy if they carry their skills well, is how Tuzi raised her. Unfortunately she has taken this to the logical extreme, and assumes that if she's not giving the entirety of herself into tasks and isn't the best at the task she IS doing, then she is doing an awful job. Most of all, being a lower blood caste than her sister HAS emotionally taken a toll on her, despite her upbringing. Parents can only do so much; peers will shape a person just as much if not more.
If a troll is looking for Eiylas, they can normally find her buried neck deep in a project somewhere around town, or out helping out her sibling. Give the girl a task, and she's out throwing herself into it full force! Therefore, most of her spare time is spent doing said tasks for other people. It may not seem like a hobby for most, but for Eiylas working hard on tasks IS her biggest hobby! She loves to learn about new trades, new skills, new anything, so she takes on tasks like a sponge to water. Her enthusiasm to help tends to make her stick her nose where it may not belong, so that plus being a decent speaker has helped her get to know many trolls. This girl will "collect" friends like some boring trolls collect stamps, and she will try everything she can to get to know people better!
Disguising herself as a purpleblood is dangerous; there's very little way that it isn't a cullable offence. However, Ely is young and in a way, thinks herself immortal. Since she's doing something for the sake of doing something "good", helping her sibling out, there's a feeling in her heart that she cannot be wrong in trying to disguise herself this way. That being said, she's dedicated to keeping up the charade. Because she's busy putting on a happy face anyways, its easier for her to keep from crying in front of other trolls. To be honest, its probably harder for her to keep from bleeding than crying, being such a hands on troll! Tuzi insists she keeps bandaids on her person at all times, and she's slowly becoming better at patching herself up without help.
Strengths:
Gung-ho:
Eiylas throws herself into tasks with all the energy another troll may dedicate to their passion projects. For her, if she has to do a task, she may as well go all out. Being presented with tasks gives her energy, and she is undoubtedly an extroverted troll. This girl enjoys feeling like she is useful to others, and that she can provide value to a project. That isn't to say Ely finds herself a particularly awesome person, just that achallenge excites her.
Determined:
Hand-in-Hand with Gung Ho, this girl will go along with a task with not just energy, but drive. If someone has an odd job they need finished, Ely will see it through to completion. If anyone tries to tell her it can't be done? Eiylas will do everything in her power, or someone else's power, to make sure it can be. Sometimes this can land her in some serious hot water; oftentimes the girl will rush in without a set and dedicated plan. For Ely, however, that's simply another hurtle to jump!
Clever:
Ely has a talent for being able to pull stuff out her metaphorical rear end. She reads a lot of books, with a wide variety of subjects, and has familiarized herself with many concepts as a basic principal and theory. What she misses is the refined finesse. What she lacks in that, however, she makes up for in educated guessing and trial and error. She may be scatter brained, and have a hard time concentrating on tasks, but give her enough time and she can solve many problems!
Charismatic:
No matter how little she thinks of herself, its rare someone can see through the facade she's masterfully crafted. She was raised to know that a well articulated troll will make it far in life, and Ely has developed into a troll who can inspire others to listen. Sometimes its as simple as her gung-ho attitude, or as complex as an inspiring speech, even her 'blood color'. For whatever reason, she is able to get people's attention and inspire them. It may be because she has a truly positive outlook on others and their accomplishments, but her public speaking skills are top notch for a troll her age and size.
Flaws:
Inferiority Complex:
Despite possessing the ability to inspire trust in others, and having such great public speaking skills, the truth is that Eiylas does not find herself very worthy. As a young troll, she saw the difference in the way she and Chaeng were treated. Chaeng, being purpleblooded, would get taken far more seriously than her pathetic green-blooded self. Whether or not people believe in the hemospectrum, its effects permeate people's subconsious far more than they realize.
Eiylas takes on tasks far too large for her because she feels that if she succeeded, it'd finally provide that validation she needs from others to know she's alright. She knows her parents love her, she knows Chaeng loves her, but in the end knows that they are only three people out of billions. And billions of trolls and lusii can't be wrong... can they?
Scatter Brained:
It's not that Eiylas isn't SMART... she's just rather disorganized. While she's the first to throw herself into any situation, and happy to take on any projects, Eiylas isn't exactly the sort of person good at planning. Sometimes the order of how a task should go escapes her, or she even forgets a piece of the plan. She tends to become very attached to small parts of a greater picture, and that makes finishing projects discouraging for her. It's further proof that maybe she really IS fighting against being inferior.
Reckless:
She's excited to help you!!! Too excited! Oftentimes, Eiylas will run into dangerous situations voluntarily, and do so without thinking out the consequences. After all, she makes promises, and wants to help others! No doubts, she will face every challenge thrown at her... and keep running into it determinedly as it smashes her into tiny, tiny bits.
Sacrificing: ("... Don't worry I... I won't let you down.")
Eiylas has a romantically tragic view of herself, and her own purpose in this life. She's there to take risks for people that they can't take, and fufill promises others find impossible. Sadly, she's willing to keep going until she burns herself out entirely. If anyone (especially a family member, like Chaeng) asks something of her, she'll do it. Hands down. She likes trolls, and cares about trolls, and would do anything to feel like she's useful to them... even if she throws herself into the fire.

Home: Eiylas lives with her sibling, Chaeng, and her two lusii parents inside a burrow near Four Fronds. It appears to be a mound with a small door, and the top layers are where the two children live. There's tons of tunnels underneath for them all, but Tuzi and Izu are often the ones hanging out down there.
Lusus: Tuzifu... and Izutyu!
Long before either Ely or Cha were hatched, Tuzifu and Izutyu had fallen in love with one another and began living with one another. However, both were destined to become guardians to young trolls! The solution? Raise them together!
Tuzifu is Ely's "Designated" parent (who shares her green blood), however both they and Izutyu are significant as parents in her life. Both have taught her and Cha, and treat both children as if they were their own. While Izu passed on the gift of herbal knowledge, and medicine, Tuzi taught both children the art of diplomacy and public speaking. That way, they could not only have a trade to make a living with, but a way to promote as well.
Tuzi is a loving, albeit sometimes stern, parent who deeply believes in people sticking to their values and not wavering. While they seriously dislike it when their children take on values they may not like (such as Ely's embarrassment towards her own blood color), if either child is dead set on a way of thinking they believe that they should go wholeheartedly towards it. If a child wanted to be an assassin? While they would hate it, they'd make sure they were the best damn assassin they could be.
Of course, this crosses the threshold of being pushy and demanding from time to time.
Like Izutyu, Tuzifu is a very large Nibblebeast, who matches their daughter's height. Their ears are very large and floppy, and their fur rather long! Who knows what Tuzifu's face actually looks like? Ely certainly doesnt, and has never seen where (or how many) Tuzi's eyes are.
They are a big, sweet talking, fluffy mystery.
