Alright, so she wasn't a threat. He could text Marosa about this later then. He didn't need to know right now.

He caught how quickly her glower changed to something much more devious, and Cearney let out a heavy sigh at a question he honestly should have known was coming. Of course she'd ask. Cearney knew what his stupid touch did. Marosa had attempted to calm him or maybe throw him off with it before with... Whatever he was doing.

Damn gancanagh.

"He's an acquaintance, and we have no arrangements," said Cearney, dryly. "Pretty sure he's got a ghoul, if that's what you're asking."

She was thoughtful for a moment, pressing a finger to her lips. "Aye... and possibly a very grumpy boil." She blinked, tilting her head curiously before a smile graced her lips. "Maybe both?" Batting her eyelashes, that grin grew before she laughed, unable to help herself.

"Aye, aye, he's too nice for his own good." Really, it was good that he made friends, but she hoped that their da wouldn't take them away like he did last time. He'd always been sweet when he was a kid, and things would have been a lot better if it wasn't for certain circumstances.

It was better to not dwell on them. Nevertheless, Sayael was glad to find herself in faerie company, and not be judged too harshly on how strange she was.

She did find herself wondering just how much of their da he knew. "... just what did he tell you about our da?"

And a boil? He thought Hadiyya was the only one Marosa was with...

How did anyone handle two anyway? He didn't understand it. One other creature on their own seemed like too much trouble in their own to be bothered with, though that was just his opinion. He supposed that was Marosa's prerogative though -- not really his business. "If it keeps him happy I suppose, aye?"

Cearney's brows lifted when Sayael prodded him for what he knew. He supposed it was a fair question. "Enough." That didn't mean Cearney was known for being very forthcoming. "Fey King," the only part he really cared about honestly, "despot." ... Likely, but he didn't ask as much there as he probably should have.

She nodded in confirmation. "Aye. Ye can add 'jackass' to that list as well." Sayael tapped her hand in thought. "Though... he's always been secretive about that sort of thing, tyrant that he is." Really, she didn't know what he was king of, or if he was even the rightful king. She did know that he owned some land, but... that was about it.

Sayael shrugged about the relationship question. "Aye. Oi can't even hold onto one. For some reason, they just run away." She could barely suppress the smile that was playing across her lips, as funny as she thought that was.

Sarcastically, Cearney quipped a, "Isn't that always the case?" when she mentioned jackass, though he realised this was probably an extraordinary case.

Considering the whole "tyrant" thing and all. Though tyrants were not usually secretive about being jackasses...

Eh.

When she commented on creeple running away from her, he snorted. He couldn't imagine why... "Relationships are more trouble than they're worth. No value added." He crossed his arms and shrugged, clearly uninterested in the idea. Leprechaun tended to be solitary creatures anyway.

"Oi wouldn't know." She shrugged in return, a smile gracing her face. She finally curtsied, not finding much else to talk about.

"Oi think Oi've well exhausted things to talk about. At your leave?" It was more than respectful to give another faerie respect that was due, and Sayael wasn't going to push the issue of teasing onto the leprechaun. Despite the bad wrap that they got thanks to a certain holiday that wouldn't be mentioned, she knew that they could be as devious as they wanted to be. It was just a matter of gaining that rep back, and getting it into creeple's heads that leprechauns weren't something to be trifled with.

The idea made her grin wider. Oh, how she wished she could see that particular drama play out.

"Indeed," Cearney tipped his hat as a way of saying goodbye respectfully--she was a faerie herself, after all, and Cearney was likely the most favourable towards other faeries--and twirled around to leave.

At least he didn't run away as soon as she gave him the chance, right?

While he was walking away, he paused, took out his phone, and pinged off a small message to a certain faerie acquaintance of his. Then, he tucked the eyePhone in his pocket and kept moving.
