I made potato & macaroni salad with burgers and hot dogs and watched fire-works near our local high school where our city also celebrated its 16th year of cityhood.

It was an OK day unless you count the battery dying in my wife's car and she took my truck to work. I connected a charger to her car and an hour later it was no longer charging but it did start up the car so I took it to autozone and they diagnosed the battery as bad with only a 69.9% charge at full capacity and since it was still under warrantee they prorated its worth at $64. Take that away from the $149 for a new battery with 5 year warrantee life and her car is now back to working correctly for just over $80.
