	Because my grandpa just died. But I can't because I'm out of town for work and I can't get back and I am in a hotel room with a coworker. I let a bit out when I heard the news, but that's all I'm going to let myself do for now. This sucks.

	Oh no sad I'm so sorry. Also can't you talk to your boss or supervisor? I can't imagine they would keep you from attending your grandfather's funeral.

	Mama Ame Oh no sad I'm so sorry. Also can't you talk to your boss or supervisor? I can't imagine they would keep you from attending your grandfather's funeral. I'm sure he would. The problem lays in the fact that he just died a couple hours ago and we don't even have a funeral date or anything yet.

	I'm sorry for your loss. Having lost my grandfather several years ago, I know how emotional things can be and trying to keep a strong face on when with friends and co-workers. Hope things can be worked out work wise, so you can be with family to mourn.
