Brief Character Description: Outwardly Frozen dreams is a bit standoffish. She isn't trusting of individuals at first but can easily be warmed over with a conversation about snow. She loves snow, and is part of the Weather maintenance crew, or so she likes to believe. Winter is her favorite time of year and she can never get enough snow! Often going out of her way to cause snowstorms when she isn't being watched by her superiors.
This leads some to believe that she is actually quite a troublemaker in training. Which isn't too far from the truth. She secretly wants people to notice her and be friends with her, she just doesn't know how to go about it the right way.
