Nil'nocere is now official! It still needs some work but the blank spaces will be filled in soon enough!
In regards to the SoA-Wide announcement on JRPs - You no longer need a JRP to join - however, RPs are still required for your character to rise in rank! You only need to link your approval to get your SoA certed in both cases. Follow the format in the Rank Changes thread, and you're set.
