It was that perfect moment before the day meets the night and the sky was alive with violet and magenta hues. Golden orbs flashed as the light of the setting sun and the earth hued cub padded silently through the few trees so he could get a better look of the sky as the stars would be coming out soon. This was his favorite time of day because it was just before the stars came out so he was able to watch them appear in the sky. He finally came to a nice spot to stop and he plopped his rump down and looked up at the sky as it changed to deeper hues of violent, blue and finally dusk. Now it was time for star watching.
Slowly but surely the stars started to pop into the sky, it was as if by magic sometimes. One moment there was nothing but the fading light of the sun, then suddenly one or two bright stars and then BAM! Trillions of little white orbs filled the sky with their beauty. He let out a small sigh and he looked around. He thought he had heard something. "he-hello?" His voice momentarily sticking in his throat.
