[PRP] - You look like... (Zephyr x Nire)

"Oh, yes, you should, uh, go see them," Nire agreed, though some hesitation was clear in his voice. After all, the leopard desperately wished to never see his family again. He knew, intellectually, that it couldn't - shouldn't - be that way for everyone, but he had yet to overcome his own upbringing.

And then the lioness mentioned Raja, whom he could only assume was this other leopard who was everything he wasn't. Which was...uncomfortable. The dark male hesitated to use the word "unfair" as it was childish and overutilized, but the situation seemed to come perilously close to applying.

"I guess so," he muttered quietly, a touch of anger hardening his voice.

Zephyr afforded the leopard a curious glance at his response, but rather than push him for further details, she offered one of her usual warm smiles and took a few steps back. She was sure there would be opportunities to poke, prod and pry at a later date, but now wasn't the time for her to ponder over the shift towards a more hostile demeanour at the mention of her family. Had he already met them or something?

...Last time she checked her family were relatively harmless and very pleasant!

Or maybe it was to do with Raja?

She shrugged, giving a wave of her paw and bounding off. She would file this away for a later date and find out then. He'd either tell her, or she'd embark on a quest to find out! "Take care, Nire!" she called out as she went. "No more surfing for a little while!"

Nire gave a weak smile as the lioness left. She really did seem like a nice person...he just didn't know what to think of her comparing him to some other leopard that he didn't even know and almost certainly couldn't compare to.

Sighing aloud, the leopard looked out over the ocean vista. Despite everything...would he ever want to leave this? It was one of many questions he had to ponder.
