"Me too!" Isidore agreed. He very much wanted to be good. He couldn't imagine his dad getting mean at all. He was so very calm and even tempered. Maybe it was like his mum, she wasn't mean but sometimes they made her frown, when they weren't listening. Everyone had their limits, he was learning that.
"Dad, if we're good can we play hide and seek later?" His dad was the bestest at hide and seek.

Hide and seek would indeed be a very fun thing to do, even if she was certain daddy cheated sometimes. Being so hard to find was impossible without cheating, as far as Augury was concerned.

"Yeah, can we daddy ?" Caelia proceeded to look as adorable as she could. Surely their daddy could not say no to such a face ?

"Then do what feels right for you. If something feels wrong or strange, stop and think on why." One's intuition was often their best tool. "And if you mess up, apologize and try to fix things the best you can."

His lips quirked upward. "If you are good. Go ask your mother and see if there is anything she needs help with."

Kyrie immediately bounced up to her feet and reached her hand out to Caelia.
"We'll be super good!" she exclaimed. "Come on Isi, Cae! Let's go find Mama!" Maybe they could convince her to play with them later too. Bouncing on the spot, she waited for her siblings to join her and then promptly scampered off. She was so, so very relieved that their father had forgiven them.

Isidore smiled at his dad’s words and hoped that he could live up to them. He really wanted to be good and to help people, it was in his nature as Funeral. He wanted to be like his dad too, he was nice and kind and he helped spirits, they had been people once and they deserved to be treated in a nice way.
“Okay daddy. We really are sorry.” He said solemnly and he meant it. They hadn’t wanted to hurt anyone, least of all themselves good intentions had to be better than bad ones right? At the agreement that they could play hide and seek if they were good and helped their mother out he jumped up, Scim joined them, getting to his feet, his tail wagging nine to the dozen. Yep, he really liked playing hide and seek too, or anything that involved running around.
Before hurrying off after his sister he walked over to his dad and wrapped his arms round his neck to give him a tight hug.
“Thank you daddy.” He said softly. He knew they were lucky. He then pulled away and bounced off down the hall after Kyrie and Caelia so that they could help their mum and then play hide and seek.
