Okay soo I need some recommended work outs.

Once I finished school, I told myself I'd finally start working out again, not only to get in shape for summer and what not but because my job sometimes demands that I be physically strong.

So I'm looking for some good exercises for my stomach (below the belly button), sides, lifting my bum, arms and inner thighs.

My work out so far consists of a 'My Routine' on Wii Fit which focuses on those areas, then I go for about a 20 minute power walk (for now) on the treadmill.

but any good tips for those spots? I'm doing planks, lunches, push ups, jack knives, BUT I NEED MOAR

And for your arms, hold a weight (or something heavy) behind your head with both hands, raise it and lower it slowly while keeping your elbows tucked in. There's a legit name for this but I don't remember what it is!

I downloaded Jillian Michael's 30 Day shred. It's a 20 min workout everyday and she claims she can save you "hours at the gym". I did it today (kinda bad timing tho, since I'm leaving for NY and won't be able to do it there) and it's not toooooooo bad, there's 3 levels and I'm definitely level 1 hahaha but after 10 days you're supposed to go up a level.
