1/24/2013 - Decided to knock off the Minx & Clockwork Quests and Mainly quest for Skyweight, Black Parade and Spice Tea

Brief Character Description: He'd be from a broken package as I could see him so I had to customize his wings to more metal like ones. he can't fly anymore but that doesn't stop him from his love of tinkering with clocks or writing up blueprints for odd gadgets.
he's a bit more of the nervous & shy type, but brightens up when he sees clocks and gadgets.
When pressured he tends to back away and keep quiet, or shut down mentally, most of the time having him end up running away.

Fireflight: Unfortunately Phonies do not come 'broken' unless a customer specifically requests for them to be MADE broken - so it is perfectly possible that he's a broken pegi, but you'd have requested for him to come that way. Otherwise, accessories and attachments are done by Maxx (me) and I'm just not comfortable with complexity, so the design would likely be simplified.

Please also clarify the hair design - I'm assuming that it follows the ref (and its hair pattern) but I'm confused by the 'darker pink' in your description.
Please be aware if it's picked/rolled for RLC, it will be very costly because of his highly non-normative status.

Also, from your PM: like mentioned in the RLC page, we do not do single-stage RLC; the earlier stages would simply not have wings.

I made the mistake of typing pink when i meant green, that was fixed there

so they would grow regardless and not just be strait to adult?

Would it be alright if his wings would just turn to white feathers then or like feathered nubs to show he can't fly?
I'd still like to get his necklace and glasses still.

Fireflight: Yes, Phony RLC packages are all stages as stated.
Feathered nubs are possible - though I do advise that if you really want those wings at some point, stick with it in your quest because I personally would not pick it up as a gold bribe.
Just let us know what you'd rather.

I see, well I could change it to his still having wings he just prefers not to fly, could that work?

Fireflight: Yes, any of those options are fine: he can have wings and prefer not to fly. If/when you get an RLC slot you simply ask for folded wings, which are cheaper anyway. But just be aware that any of the 3 options (mecha wings, wing nubs, winged but preference not to fly) are technically OK.
The former 2 will make it more conditional than the third, but in any case your Phony is already conditional due to unusual tail colouring and accessories, so it's really your choice which route you want to take.

The current design (winged but pref not to fly) is approved conditionally, which is to say only for special customs [auction/RLC or where stated], due to his tail colour pattern and accessories.

Brief Character Description: She's a bit dark and likes to keep to herself, She loves collecting and wearing bones & skulls, specially laying on skulls.
She can also be high spirited, but she holds sorrow deep inside her heart.
She also likes to use men to her advantage in order to fulfill her dreams.
She can think highly of herself and be rather cruel when she doesn't get what she wants.

She has ( #848484 ) on the tips of her ears, all 4 hoofs and smoothed on her nose, & like eye shadow, similar to the reference

Her mane/tail would be customized like the MLP Chibi pictured. Mane being medium length while her tail is longer. I do like her skulls better on her plushie and MLP chibi reference a lot better, but you can change those if needed, I'm not picky.

could she have her headpiece and the tail piece only please?

Fireflight: Minx is a bit general - could you add something to it to make it more specific please? Are you wanting her to have all her skull accessories? Again, I do the accessories and this is definitely far more than I would like to put on a Phony. (I am really not keen on doing all the little bones, so if there's a way you could simplify/pick and choose them, it would be much better.)

I'd be happy if she could only have the headpiece and the tail piece, sorry about that

it's hard to change her name when she's such an old OC of mine. But I really don't mind trying.

Fireflight: A few things, sorry:1. Chai is Hindu for tea, so Chai Tea is redundant. If you wanted to call her 'Chai', she'd have to be [Lord help me for having to say it in a Phony shop hah] ethnic - from her design she evidently isn't. To keep closer to your concept, you might want to consider 'Spice Tea', since the herb you drew looks like star anise.2. FYI that there are multiple quests for Phonies with tea-based occupations and powers, so you'll have to be prepared for the possibility that she won't be the only Phony who specialises in tea. It's nebulous in your description; just thought it might also be helpful to note that only unis are really magically good at their chosen skills because they're the only ones with magical predilections.

omg i didn't realize that, humm, I do like Spice Tea. I think i'll use Spice Tea as her name instead, thanks for suggesting itI could take off that she doesn't specialize in it but enjoys a good cup of tea.
